its interesting how the judge says "whatever the flimsy excuse" that fathers have for not paying child support. Not all fathers who end up having arrears are deadbeat dads, alot of times a dad may be unemployed, goes to court to lower the amt of child support since he is not working due to being laid off, but the judges end up not granting his case for whatever reason, SO I GUESS IT IS A FLIMSY EXCUSE!! We fathers always get the blame for everything yet the mothers get away with murder!!!
Baby daddy and Baby momma seem to me to be deragatory terms. If parents can put aside their anger and hurt from their own emotional termoil from what happened in the relationship between them and realize it's okay for the children to love both parents the child benefits tremendously. You have your friends to vent to or a psychologist to help you move forward. But bottom line is children deserve the best from both parents with out being in the middle. It's hard to do, but very necassary.

This judge is clearly a progressive. no court has the right to interfear with the relationship between a parent and a child. The code is unlawfully placed within the divorce deree as having jurisdiction by order. This is a complete lie and violate all common law inalienable rights. The court has no jurisdiction or standing to alienate what is not within the jurisdiction of the law. a law legislated repugnant to the constitution is void. "supreeme law of the land".
