i do hurdles at my high school as well. I've been been doing them for 2 years, which makes me a sophomore and i run a 16.00. Its not too good, but I was able to win state this year with that time.

im in jr high, i have a 3 and sometimes 5 step in the 100 hurdles 36 inches high, and i got 14.8 on my first try. not bad...right?

i do hurdles in high school. i got my form but i got to get my 3 steps in between the hurdles and i run a 17.00

i believe there all the way up. the 400 m is one down from the 110.
