First you never kneel on the vinyl as it will cause a crease, which will never come out. To avoid bubbles, let glue set up so that when you touch it you only see the trowel lines on your finger not a smeared glue look. If you lay the vinyl in when it is too wet, your knees cause the glue to mushroom out causing bubbles. Also you should use a hand roller after you lay the material in the glue to get most of the bubbles out then use a 100lb roller to finish the job.

i install vinyl and 80% of the time i glue the floor after prep and lay the vinyl right into the glue and then cut down, knocks a lot of time off, cant usually do it in larger rooms though.

lol a rollin pin might actually work. a 2x4 wrapped in a towel works really well. Just lean your weight down on it. roll it along it's width then along its length. width first because to bubble have to travel less distance to get out from under the sheet.

i bet theres tonns of air trapped underneath that vinyl flooring. U have to be more thural conserning the applying of the vinyl flooring..

erm never ever set a bucket of glue on a freshly spread floor, youll have a nice ring if you do, spread half roll half, spread 2nd half roll it, then reroll all, derrr.
