You can't connect directly to computer. You have to use a microSD card. Put it in the phone, then format it via "Settings," "Initial Setup" and "Format microSD card." Then you can put the card on your computer and transfer files to it. Put them in the right folder. When you put the card back in the phone, press "menu" from the music player and select "Switch Storage Device" to gte to the card.

Sure thing! There is a step I missed, actually.

So, from the phone menu press the music button. Then, from the music player select "Music Library." (It's probably your only option). It'll say "please wait" then bring up your ring tones. From there, push the "menu button" again, and this brings up an options menu. Here you select "Switch Storage Device," and then "Memory Card." That should do the trick!

Then, when your songs are loaded in the library, you can highlight one and push menu to...

i got this phone on friday. it is a good phone for 29.99 at best buy. It is solid feeling. It has lots of interesting menu program options, a good loud speaker and loud ring...all that are easy to program and adjust. It is a prepaid phone but can be used with many t-mobil plans. It works well with the stereo headset for hands free, good sound on outgoing and incoming call. Noise reduction seems to work. I am canceling my Voip home phone now and going total cell.

I got a blackberry flip 8220, had bold(unlocked) didnt like much, had iphone and iphone 3g and hate touch screen and so on.... but I am no mainly using this phone as my main phone just because. The idea is in the right spot and its not a horrible low end phone. Call quality is pretty damn nice and it plays my music fine with amazing battery life. It could be improved but again like I said the idea is in the right spot. I like it personally and its a cheap replacement if you drop or something.

yes this is a really nice phone for only $10 dollars it does have a mp3 player and sim card memory card space. very good for people that just need the phone to make calls. think of it this way mp3 player and phone for that price.
