I'm actually glad Tim Burton made the Nightmare Before Christmas, even if it took five years...so why couldn't Blizzard do a Warcraft Movie? All he did - experimenting with powerful magic, getting partwise demonic (for which he get inprisoned for 10k years) and being banned from Azeroth - he did for the love of his race. When u play WC3 + Expansion you'll get it ;)
Illidan is a real tragic charakter who did mistakes (use of demonic power) - but he never was the aggressor but always the defender.

i had to stop playing wow not to long ago wotlk was getting really boring deleted mt two level 80s and a 72alt. Now i plan to start all over from scratch and join alliance so when cataclysm comes out ill be like a worgen DK XD. Maybe ill be like a human mage or gnome mage.
To the next expansion people not only is Teldressel flooded so is Durotar and i heard the new Warchief is gonna kill and replace Cairne thinking he will betray them
now with the new expansion pack... the alliance got a pretty cool race.. the worgen. the horde got the goblins which were pretty guessed.
also this expansion is all about the DRAGONS!!! (deathwing returns...wants to wreak havoc all over azeroth..bla bla bla)

No, Satyr's are Highborne Elf degenerates who where some of the first to ally themselves with the Burning Legion. It's not just power hungry. He was a highborne. They rely to magic to survive. Since the well of eternety was destroyed, he and other has no source. Most fleed and became the high elves. While Illidan got imprisoned.

they were all night elfs if i remember right the naga used to be highborn who were adicted to the well and when it exploded the highborn council and queen mutated and what not into the naga where as the rest of the highborn became the high elfs when they left night elfs because they still wanted to use magic because malfurion banned magic after the well was destroyed fearing it would call the legion again
Yep, the Highborn were just the self elected upper class of the Night Elf society because they used arcane. Unfortunately for the other Nightelves the Highborn survived in Lordearon and taught magic to humans who created Dalaran :P
as far as my memory serves me, the naga wherent high elves, they where nigh elves, high elves wherent even involved into this, so when illidan came to naga, he was like on of them, becouse he was betrayed, and naga where left, so they kinda joined forces r smth, everything is ok xD

If you have read the book, it's clearly said that the nagas are the Highbornes, which followed Azshara and Sargeras (I'm not 100% if it was him), and because they denied running away from Azshara's castle, the castle sunk underwater. And a dark blessing actually instead of killing them, created all of these high elves, the Highbornes, into the race that we call "Naga".

Basically, after the first well of eternity imploded, illidan grabbed 6 vials and dumped each into the well, gave one to kael'thas and one to lady vashj and dumped the rest into a well in Mt hyjal, he was found out and sentenced to prison by his own brother. In Reign of chaos Tyrande freed him and illidan got a hold of the skull of gul'dan that transformed him into what he is now.
he that before the sundering. after it imploded, it became the maelstrom.

7 vials. 3 for the new well on mount hyjal. 1 ended up with dath'remar (the first of the sunstriders) who used it to initiate the sunwell. the last 3 ended up back in illidan's possession after his release in the third war. 1 went to vashj, 1 went to kael'thas (the last known sunstrider) and the last illidan kept for himself.

i always thought he absorbed that skull to feed his ever growing hunger for arcane energy, after the well of eternity was destroyed, which would make him power hungry, which would make him evil, you cant be power hungry and fight for teh "good guys", it's too selfish

It's not just power hungry. He was a highborne. They rely to magic to survive. Since the well of eternety was destroyed, he and other has no source. Most fleed and became the high elves. While Illidan got imprisoned.

He killed the Dreadlord who corrupted Fellwood, but since he(happily) absorbed the Skull of Guldan's power to do this he became a half-demon, thus being hated by his people... for more search in WoW-wiki.

they were all night elfs if i remember right the naga used to be highborn who were adicted to the well and when it exploded the highborn council and queen mutated and what not into the naga where as the rest of the highborn became the high elfs when they left night elfs because they still wanted to use magic because malfurion banned magic after the well was destroyed fearing it would call the legion again

Yep, the Highborn were just the self elected upper class of the Night Elf society because they used arcane. Unfortunately for the other Nightelves the Highborn survived in Lordearon and taught magic to humans who created Dalaran :P

as far as my memory serves me, the naga wherent high elves, they where nigh elves, high elves wherent even involved into this, so when illidan came to naga, he was like on of them, becouse he was betrayed, and naga where left, so they kinda joined forces r smth, everything is ok xD

You're wrong, friend. If you have read the book, it's clearly said that the nagas are the Highbornes, which followed Azshara and Sargeras (I'm not 100% if it was him), and because they denied running away from Azshara's castle, the castle sunk underwater. And a dark blessing actually instead of killing them, created all of these high elves, the Highbornes, into the race that we call "Naga".

Actually..Illidan was still a night elf at the time that Vashj and the high elves of Azhara were turned into Naga..his powers were high but not that high..it was they're connection to the burning legion which corrupted and changed them...-then- they joined him

Yeah, He used to be anyways. Basically, after the first well of eternity imploded, illidan grabbed 6 vials and dumped each into the well, gave one to kael'thas and one to lady vashj and dumped the rest into a well in Mt hyjal, he was found out and sentenced to prison by his own brother. In Reign of chaos Tyrande freed him and illidan got a hold of the skull of gul'dan that transformed him into what he is now.

he that before the sundering. after it imploded, it became the maelstrom.
"llidan grabbed 6 vials"
7 vials. 3 for the new well on mount hyjal. 1 ended up with dath'remar (the first of the sunstriders) who used it to initiate the sunwell. the last 3 ended up back in illidan's possession after his release in the third war. 1 went to vashj, 1 went to kael'thas (the last known sunstrider) and the last illidan kept for himself.
