A great live version of a great song---I remember this show--you think Marty looked young here---check out Andrew Denton. The Triffids were a very good band that don't always get the respect that they are due. Thanks for putting this one on you tube---really enjoyed it.

Jesus, Marty looks young - has he ever owned any other bass?! Great clip, a reminder of what David could do in a live situation. One of the most underrated front-men of all time, fronting one of the tightest bands ever.

I love David's voice. Calenture is an excellent album. Come to think of it..... Does anyone else think that Tom Verlaine and David McComb sound very similar?

Never made a comparison between Tom and David. People influence each other, that' s for sure. Calenture is a master peace, so was "Marquee Moon".
