This has been my motto throughout my life "Use it before you lose it"!....and god willing The New York Marathon.. will be my 94th Marathon on the 6th Nov....thinking of records like this keep me going in the latter stages....and thinking of the tiredness in Mr ms all those years ago...i can motivate myself to push on when it hurts...iv never took gear im to into fitness...and Soul in the Sun beckons straight after....
