There are actually martial arts experts with that kind of build, and their hits are a lot more dangerous as they've learned how to effectively throw all of their weight and momentum into those fast attacks.

If a person trains enough, it'll barely matter what build they are.

the first MSR quits playing tekken, around tougeki 2007, MSR2 is the second MSR, and on tougeki, he beats qudans with Heihachi, then qudans suddenly decides to quit tekken at go to korean military service, so MSR2 also plays Heihachi in DR, but now he plays Kazuya as for Tekken 6
