There are probably people with more, but they just didn't announce it to Guiness. yeah, she looks good with makeup on and her hair done, but like a lot of plastic surgery cases, she likely looks really bad without and she won't be able to maintain her look without tweaking more and more and more. It's true that her facial structure looks great, but I think she would have had that with just cheek implants and an eyelift. Everything else was probably unnecessary

I actually think she turned herself from someone with a flat face with low cheekbones and weak bone structure into a gorgeous woman with perfect bone structure ie: high cheekbones defined jawline she looks like a high fashion model who aged gracefully, she looks amazing, i agree with the person below me you must be jealous for you to spew out so many unfounded judgements

Here's the thing about plastic surgery. The whole idea of it is to look better. BUT, when we hear that we're about to see the woman with the world record number of plastic surgeries, we expect to see a disaster. If it's done to look better, then shouldn't the person who's had the most of it look great? So obviously plastic surgery does not achieve its goal for the person. I've only had one major plastic surgery (nose job/face lift) that required anesthesia...I do think that those kinds of surgeries are dangerous, anesthesia is not very healthy and 14 of them, how much time is she spending recovering vs. enjoying her new look? So I think she's being somewhat obsessive/nitpicky about her looks. But she isn't an idiot about surgery like Michael Jackson was. Good on her if she is happy, but maybe she should take some mdma and love herself as is vs nitpicking.
