TRANSGENDERED QUEERS are NOT ALLOWED to walk on the public sidewalk in ELTON JOHN'S "GAY"borhood! On 5 March 09 , a group of middle age white guys representing themselfs as 'Buckhead Baseball' BLOCKED ME; A GAY CROSSDRESSER FROM WALKING ON THE PUBLIC SIDEWALK! And it was a CITY OF ATLANTA PUBLIC PARK! WTF??? WTF do these morons think they are??? THEY DONT OWN THE PUBLIC PARK! They "lease" the playing fields, BUT NOT THE ENTIRE PARK. ATLANTA & Coke allows it to HAPPEN!!! BOTCOTT Coca-Cola!
Funny how this is happening now in the US with labor unions. Everyone hates the labor unions now. At least in the US the union leaders don't get killed but losing their jobs is as close to killing them as actually putting a bullet in their heads. I've been drinking diet coke for 30 years. Now I am going to stop. This company and any other company that engages in this type of business practice, should not exist. Period.
Big corporations bullying and murder for what? They have the world in their pocket. It's time to make Coca Cola pay for these human rights abuses. It is a crime against humanity.
I found it very interesting in this movie how there is an attitude by some that, "well, it happened over there, so it's not Coke's problem". Yet, when the key players speak at a U.S. university, we here about the "invisible hand of the market" about "no one being FORCED to work for Coke". True, but if you choose to work for Coke - and attempt to organize a union and increase workers rights, you WILL be forced to quit (or perhaps be killed, have your children kidnapped, etc - The invisible hand?
Thank you for this eye opening information. Having mostly eliminated sodas from my diet for health reasons, on occasion I'd order one when dining out - but never, ever again will I say, "I'll have a diet coke, please."
what must have happened to a human being to carry "fuck human rights" gathering up to support one of the core protagonists in making the world an ever worse place?
All companies in corporate america is like this. In the lights its all about community and welcoming messages or whatever open happiness. In the dark, they commit petty violent crimes just to meet their profit needs.. pft

Whats all this nonsense??? Another propaganda by rival companies... Security in any country is a state concern and not the company's... what proof do they have for this shit???
If you want to call the death on of union leaders nonsense or trivial that is your prerogative. I doubt Pepsi Co, Cott, or any other beverage maker had their hand in the production of this documentary. Large corporations are generally psychopaths where profit is concerned and we all know the dollar has no conscious. I applaud the makers of such film at shedding some light on the reality and plight of fellow men abroad. We wouldn't stand for that kind of crap over here and you know it.
@pikeasaurusrex We wouldn't stand for this kind of shit over their either if we could help it. But the problem is we can't. Major corporations are masters at manipulating the people and the system. We can't stop them because as wrong as what there doing is, they've put themselves in a position where technically its legal. But all hope is not lost.
Coca-Cola is trying to stop the film from being released but are not denying the allegations! They just say that the allegations in the movie are unfounded and added that if you know what is good for you, you will shut the ***k up or get a cap in your ass!
the proof is in the movie....and it's not just coke:it's most corporate america with the help of international trade agreements, they help write of course.
see doc: life & debt- how free trade agreements destroyed the jamaican economy
@maflamudgal Well actually im colombian and they are proves. The company payed to the paramilitaries so they went and kill union members. And if you just read, in Colombia there's an Intern conflict so it's not just state's responsibility it's more difficult than that. And it wouldn't be company's matter if they weren't the wants paying to kill these people

@maflamudgal So 5 months later - are you proud you so ignorantly spouted off?
It's so classic - the tea-bagger "give me proof - but I also know this is about rival companies!"
