is better if you learn to tune the guitar by yourself because you use your own ears to recognize the sounds and everyday learn the sounds, but indeed this tool is very useful specially when you need to change the tune fast in stage for a special song, a pro tool in my experiencie good job gibson

People are talking traks about this. Personally I like it but I wouldn't buy this unless I'm a pro. I think it's good because for people in big/real bands who play concerts could just tune in 10 seconds instead of switching guitars.

Are You Afraid of Robot Guitar? I´m tired of people talking bullshit about it. First of all, it´s a Gibson Les Paul, it sounds like that. Nowadays, tuning had become a mechanical thing, because people use a battery tunner, that´s simple as keeping the red mark in the center, NOT an EAR thing. Tell me how would you use a Diapason Live at Stage? Then would you tune all strings, one by one, beetwen songs that you use another tuning? Bullshit.

The essentials of guitar playing is more about the Feeling than the Tuning. You should criticise one who masturbate his guitar all day to play metal stuff, but you can´t say a thing about a Gibson Les Paul, and it´s engineering. A Les Paul Standard costs about $5.000 in Brazil, and a lot of people own it. For that price, you can have 2 sweety guitars like this. $2500 for this High QUality les paul worth it. Keep that in mind.

i think you dont understand how this could be helpful for pro musicians. imagane your on stage and you need to tune down half a step accross the board for your next song. pull out the control nob slect the tuning, strum and your in tune...it could take miunets to do by hand but second via the auto tuning

that was solved long long time ago with the electric tuners, and if the old solution didn't help, this won't either, the guys that tune at full volume will still do it with this thing.
