  • pffft. x) haters... osho said the same thing about acid, but that its a shortcut, not a means to anything permanent. and he had loads of merces and royces etc...

  • BULL SHIT the LSD was created to close spiritual doors... what a reptilian this man is... there are plants that can atually help you get into a different realm, NATURAL plants no quimicals made by man

  • @gaianish lsd comes from a natural fungi so it is natural

  • Deepak Chopra makes me ashamed to be an Indian.

This guy is the Indian version of Benny Hinn minus all that Drama.

  • The glasses are a tad over the top.

  • What kind of 'spiritual man' would wear diamond encrusted glasses? I am all for experimenting with pshychodelics though. =)

  • indian sophist

  • Chopra is a big phony and a hypocrite. I get the sense that he's never taken any halluncinogens cause he doesn't want to lose control and see what kind of douche fag he really is. he's out for self and to sell his hypocritical books about love and bubble gum spirituality.

  • @facefuckerish Douche fag? You're a serious douche.

  • @Kostly You buy into this phony lol? Dude if this is where you get your spirituality then you are lost. You need to do some research on Chopra. The guy writes books about love but he's been married and divorce many times. He's a hypocrite plain and simple. Don't be a fool.

  • @facefuckerish No no no. I never stated anything like that. I get my spirituality from inside me. I form my own opinions on things. Ultimately, it doesn't matter if I'm right or wrong. I make my own way. I'm irreligious. I do believe in consciousness as the true fundamental aspect of everything. So, yes, I am a spiritual person. But, I avoid dogmatic thinking in all forms. Including science. We've been fed a lot of lies by the powers that be. Chopra is just a guy. Nothing more.

  • @Kostly You might be an atheist. There are many different hues of atheism on the spectrum. I just can't stand this chopra. He's nothing more than a charlottan but he's conned all these middle class house wives into believing he's something that he clearly isn't. The dude just can't keep his prick in his pants. Nothing spiritual about that.

  • @BTC141 haha how many times have you tripped in your life out of curiousity? honestly to please.. Dr. Stuart hameroff MD, and Deepak Chopra are some of the brightest minds in the science of consciousness. Don't hate just because your specific experiences in life can't relate.

  • @rickyp17 I've tripped on acid 50-60 times. I went on a weekend binge for about a year when I lived in London in the mid-ninties. If you think Chopra is one of the brightest minds give your fugging head a shake there son. What kind of bright spiritual mind would wear those glasses, fuck around behind his wife's back and write books on love, give talks on elightenment and charge $300 a ticket? If you wanna buy the bullshit go right ahead. Enlightenment is plain truth. Don't kid yourself

  • @BTC141 judge him for his glasses? and you've tripped that much, doubtful, and he has not cheated on his wife, like albert einstein, and are you paying those prices? no you're watching shit on youtube for free? i haven't given this man a single penny, and have atleast been entertained a few times by his talks on the actual origin of conscioussness. Which isn't nescessarily pertainging too enlightenment. And i said brightest minds in the field of conscioussness. Give your head a shake son..

  • @rickyp17 If you come out looking materialistic you will be judged, this is the real world and I'm sure you're guilty of it too. I don't pay anything to see this schmuck speak on garbage ill truths. You're missing the point of my message: chopra is a phony. And yes I did that much acid. I know people who did way more and they are doing very well with their lives. How many times have you taken acid? What does Einstein have to do with this conversation? Nothing!

  • @BTC141 says the one who collects hot wheels? what do you think matieralism is? we are all guilty off that, it is one of the hardest human traits to resist. You just implied Deepak was simply some phony with no sincere passion, that not much can be learned from where that is just simply not the case. He is an intelligent human being who's theories imparticuliarly in consciousness are some that are the front of the origins of human consciousness, i suggest his interviews with stuart hameroff

  • @rickyp17 Hey thanks for checking out my channel. I collect t-hunts, the rarest of any Hotwheels series. Yea, I'm guilty of living a materialistic life for sure but I don't pretend to be some enlightened guru of inner consciousness who isn't ego driven. I used to really like listening to chopra but over the lasts few years my opinion of him has changed. He is an intelligent man but I feel that he is ego driven. I'll check out his interviews you suggested but i don't I'll change my mind

  • @BTC141 I guess a particular reason i like the interviews i mentioned, is from a specific experience i went through, with a friend, we took 2.5 hits off lsd, but this was far from your normal 2.5 hits, not even sure if it was lsd to tell you the truth, but the event that would take place gave me what i perceived as a great understanding of consciousness, it literally felt like i was communicating with a higher power, an overwhelmingly intense spirtual journey, that i have no time to get into now

  • @ :58 HE IS LYING. His brother is not the dean of the medical school. He brother Sanjiv Chopra, M.B.B.S, MACP is the Faculty Dean for the Continuing Education Department.

Their is a huge difference Medical School and cont. edu dept.

He is really LYING can't trust anything he is saying

  • chopra is a complete tool, I love LSD but I cant stand this guy, listening to him in debates about religion and the bullshit he spews just puts me off this video big time

  • I love this guy!!

    a Fricking GENIUS!!!

& look how clam he talks, that's a huge signs of high knowledge. & what he talks about.

  • Very useful,and restrained,advice Mr. Chopra!,thank you!

  • when i met him in the 90's, it was in an informal MENSA group setting, and he had just spoken 20-30 mins on comparing Ayervedic and western medicines....I wish I had known this then. I have many questions I would have asked.

  • VAMOS PERU CARAJO!!

  • i really wish people would listen to what i'm about to say for i was just like those people who think psychedelic drugs are a gateway into another dimension a glimpse of nirvana and so forth...they are not!...they create a hallucination...what you're experiencing is a product of your mind ..spirituality is all about shedding the illusion that the mind creates...psychedelics make you delluded ..they are not spiritual..those shamans and sadhus are drug addicts using spirituality as an excuse

  • @sergsfault reality is a hallucination of the mind (its just the most consistent one so we then to think of it as normal) so... what is your point?

  • @h0norebel yes in a way you are right reality is a hallucination of the mind...in a sense that the mind is the force that creates it...but that doesnt mean that if you mess with your mind you'll see it as it really is you will see a more messed up hallucination than the one we're all in already....in order to see it as it really is we must enter the nomind state that the enlightened ones talk about...once the mind is stopped fully nirvana happens and you get eternal bliss and wisdom

  • Who needs a shaman? Why associate it with any specific culture? I find more fruits in the journey

  • Thoase are some pimp glasses. I'm gonna write a spiritual self help book so I can afford these.

  • That's weird when I realized how the proof of the square root of 2 was irrational I had a 'spiritual' experience. LSD doesn't teach me anything.

  • his glasses are FABULOUS! :p

  • Dictators ,has the power.....LOL.INFIDELS DO.........

  • But,you are no GOD or ALLAH:::::)

  • LSD did get to you.LOL!!!!!!!!!

  • His first spiritual experience was on LSD, it looks like he's been on a flashback ever since. Explains a lot.

  • i took lsd but i dont recommened taking drugs LOL

  • How absurd. Exisistential philosophy mixed into a levis advert. Your life is your life buy levis.

  • I think fooling around with shamans in foreign countries is more dangerous than LSD. just go to some sympathetic local hippies with some experience and no agenda.

  • He was never in India the baldy bastard!

  • wow, he took it? who also did ?

  • Look at the the negativity this guy Chopra receives for this comment!

lol all the pathetic dogmatic individuals who's belief systems are challenged come out of their little holes spitting venom, lol pathetic

  • you can either have diamond encrusted glasses or have the label of spiritual advisor, but not both

  • @MrDkong23 Why not both?

  • @truthseeker010101 with this here plant, the only thing to fear is a lack of understanding and mind. All in preparation for letting tryptamines show you the behind the scenes of life.

  • @truthseeker010101 This all boils down to will and self control. As it should with anything you partake in. In terms of the mind that is. You can really mold the effects of the plant into whatever you want to make it and a chaotic high in which one lacks self control can easily be ascertained a negatively mind altering effect. Not saying anything against the way you partake in this beautifal thing, I dig it man. But from a life of great learning experiences both intro/extrovertly...

  • @truthseeker010101 and what kind of major mental health symptoms might these be good sir? As opposed to the massive amount a major health symptoms that it prevents and or treats. I as well as many others smoke cannabis on a daily basis for whatever purpose we do so and havent the least of negative affects. I do believe in the best ways of consumption as well like vape or edibles/drinks.One's mind may be the only downfall to it. Paranoia from a lack of understanding the herbs experiences.

  • mushrooms and weeed are better there both natural =)

  • @mealofshrooms they are also worse for you. (physically) not saying i give a fuck but just sayin haha

  • wake in bake right now!

  • because we can afford to go to south american

  • @acehole7 "because we can afford to go to south american"

Seek out a Shaman online, maybe use that video service site, whats it called again, ohh yeah, YouTube.

  • @acehole7 I just lite my bong in my ritual. It's more about you then anyone else. Try to do what is moderate and what does not over stimulate your mind, becuase cannabis does stimulate brain cells it can trigger symptoms of major mental health dieseses , it does not cause you to have them, just to display common symptoms. Moderation is the key. ~ A youtube Guru and psychology student at university. : )

The morning is the best time, workout, yoga, prayer, breakfast, and bong. my ritual.

  • I dont know about you people but id rather take a trip with a shaman than with friends and having fun, dont get me wrong ill take shroomies or acid with friends every now and then, but it should be done with a shaman guiding you.

  • @mrputo27 what does the shama do?

  • @razorpayne13 Shamanism encompasses the belief that shamans are intermediaries or messengers between the human world and the spirit worlds. Shamans are said to treat ailments/illness by mending the soul.

  • @mrputo27 Where is a shaman going to guide you? Shamans have no better understanding of what reality is than anyone else does. When having a spiritual experience on a drug it should be about what YOU think and what YOU experience and not what a shaman thinks or says about it.

  • @Promatheos Nah im gonna have to completely disagree with you, shamans dont just go out and take psychedelics, i know theres more depth as to what they do, their basically philosophers.

  • @mrputo27 Its like going into the wilderness. You really don't want to go there unprepared or without someone who has extensive experience in it.

  • @JNathanK2011 Amen.

  • @mrputo27 agreed. thanks for sharing this. the guidance is vital to the experience.

  • @anglosaxonqueen Couldnt agree more.

  • @mrputo27 i saw rastas in my head on shrooms. just their heads outlines in pink n blue fluorescent colours smoking blunts. felt like they were my elders/guardian angel something shit was hella crazy lol.

  • @mrputo27 Based on you statement, you are the shaman. Do not doubt your power to guide those around you. You have it.

  • @mrputo27 or by yourself, if you're experienced enough

  • what a butthole

+title has nothing to do with this fag and his faggy story about his father's ashes |: [

  • Deepak Chopra's net worth has been estimated at $80 million. His interests are certainly not in discovering intellectual and spiritual enlightenment. He is a fraud and a capitalist. He is capitalizing on people by pandering to their emotions. He may as well be preaching to 25,000 people in the Superdome and passing the hat for donations.

  • Being a western kid that grew up lacking 'culture', I felt the need to create my own rituals with friends, and these rituals included psychedlic use. I understand what he is saying, but alot of people can't just go to South America and need to experience things closer to home. In my opinion it comes down to having respect for the things that enable us to open our minds and walk further down this wild path, and if there is no shaman there to guide us than we guide eachother.

  • @cassiopoia well said, my friend...

  • diamond encrusted muppet

  • this guy keeps you hanging on for nothing.

  • You don't have to go to freaking south america to smoke pot. What's a shammy gonna tell me? Which totems and button rotation to use? (little WoW humour for all you nerds).

  • @eleutheromaniac He's talking about DMT you ignoramous.

  • in my experience drugs are more trouble than they are worth and totally unnecassary, though i do enjoy a good whiskey every now and then. as for spiritual experiences... never had one, as far as i know. i do believe in God though, maybe that counts maybe not.

  • drugs have spiritualy enlightened my and made my quest for inner knowlage much easier, and psychedelics are much healthier for you than alchohol , pharmaceuticles , or (over the counter) anti inflamitory pain relievers ex. asprin. any of these are much more of a danger to you than any natural (or some semisynthetic ex. LSD) psychedelics

  • this

    guy

    is

    full

    of

    crap.

  • don't disempower people and say they have to go to south America, just fuking do it!

  • @magicalray93 I dont think Chopra was really trying to advise disempowerment, I think his comment (About finding an Authentic Shaman in Peru) was perhaps in context to a the spiritual psychedellic experiance of Ayahuasca Ceremony.

  • yeah, who knows? maybe we will get past using substances to release the neuro-peptides needed to feel "spiritual/transcended/enlightened" or whatever you want to call it but getting high is fun so why all the bickering?skin up and shut up!

  • @AngieDogla i'm glad acid then was at the prime of my life

  • BIGGEST CHARLATAN ON THE PLANET.WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH!! "It's traditional so it's good!" Ha ha!!

  • BIGGEST CHARLATAN ON THE PLANET.WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH!! "It'

s traditional so it's god!" Ha ha!!

  • If that were true then one would not be able to access information unless their physical brain were present and I know first hand that this is not the case. I have observed things where my physical form had NEVER been. I have also experienced future events that played out EXACTLY, as if one were watching a video tape. So no, the physical brain is NOT necessary to know things. Eventually you will realize that nothing 'here' is as it appears to be. It is a very humbling moment.

  • IMHO... though drugs can act as a doorway to higher realms of Consciousness I would not recommend them. I realize I am extremely fortunate in that I have never done drugs but came to Truth Absolute naturally. Some of my spiritual friends have told me that if I did "do" drugs now I would be just so disappointed. Nothing can replace the REAL thing.. the Divine High. Nor can drugs bring you beyond a certain point. For the Highest Realization one still NEEDS THE Grace of THE True Master,

  • @faithrada why would god be personal to specific people? seems abit unfair

  • @guitardude05 It does SEEM unfair doesn't it , and will until we discover WHY "He" hides. God plays this cosmic game of Cosmic Hide and Seek and right now you are IT! So, fully embrace this cosmic game and become a SEEKER of Truth because eventually true seekers do become finders. What a great sense of humor God has. And so humbling to the 'false' ego that we THINK we are, when we finally realize that God is truly the only ONE here. Dream and Dreamer are ONE. So Wake Up!

  • The brain produces consciousness. Plants are living, yet they lack a brain and are not conscious. It isnt the other way around.

  • @TamaNewb says who? the debate is far from over. "Correlation does not mean causation..." or look into the theory of "consciousness and complexity", which notes that the complexity of matter is correlated with the complexity of consciousness? Therefore consciousness is simply the interior dimension of exterior matter, and they both evolve together. or the mind-body problem... the power of thought over brain states. Ken Wilber's video of him stopping his brain waves.

  • @TamaNewb or what is the difference between the thought of a mountain range, that vast imaginary space, and the electrical fingerprints of that thought in the brain? big differences.

  • @davidtitterington The brain and the mountain can be composed of the same elements, its there configuration that sets them apart. The human body is a symphony of cells working in unison to maintain what we call life. We arent that unique we are simply organized matter.

  • @TamaNewb Your mind has it backwards... Consciousness /awareness itself is the basis for the brain AND the mind's experiences. If you take anything down to its most basic essence ( Think String Theory) you will find Pure scintilating Consciousness / Awareness ... the ONE unchanging Constant, at the CORE of ALL changing and limited realities. Contemplate THAT which is Witness to the non local / non physical mind. Don't trust the MIND,Transcend it. There is no "OUT THERE" out there.

  • @faithrada Consciousness cannot exist with out the brain. Imagine in the future if i recreate the human brain with billions of wires. This robotic brain would be 100% identical to that of a humans, it is aware, it can feel, it can think, free will. there is no distinction. Now because i assembled matter in a specific way i gave consciousness to this robot. Consciousness is a product of solid matter + electricity in the brain. It is not a product of the super natural "sole"

  • See, you're not allowed to have a spiritual experience by looking through a telescope or by taking a pill. The only way to have a spiritual experience is by reading words from the Bible. Nevermind that breain scans have confirmed that all spiritual experiences involve the same chemical reactions and stimulation of the same centers of the brain, so that there is absolutely no practical difference between the experiences. Getting high on anything other than Christianity is sinful.

  • Get real guy

  • The best place to do LSD used to be at Grateful Dead concerts. I just liked getting wasted and hallucinaing. There was nothing spiritual about it. Mushrooms are great for a shorter, less intense trip and I liked drinking plenty of wiskey with both LSD and 'shrooms. Never had a bad experience, but people with weaker minds or pre-existing mental issues should probably stay away from it. Had to babysit more than one friend who freaked out and had a bad trip.

  • oh please spirituality commes without drugs.... if you wanna risk your mental health as he said in the begining before he aded the "but" , then go for it, but thats not the idea in my opinion of spiritual awakening... any way everybody has the right to do it his own way ...

  • @smartti1970 No intelligent person will ever claim that lsd/shrooms/dmt/whatever else are required for deep spiritual experiences. Don't jump to conclusions. Some folks use meditation, some use severe physical strain, some use what you would call "drugs," etc etc.. And be aware, for those of us who use substances for spiritual purposes, these are not the "drugs" that lawmakers would have you think they are. Share an open mind. :)

  • @ThatsNotPoetry read my post.... "everybody has the right to do it his own way" that shows you i'm not closed minded... listen to his line: " risk your mental health"... besides it is not being close minded to think that its a shame to use drugs for that purpose because you'r not ready to put the effort it takes to get there naturaly. share an open mind this view :)

  • @smartti1970 I read it. I wouldn't be replying had I not read it. ;) My comment is meant for your clear disdain. "Oh please..." I'm encouraging positivity, in all aspects.

  • @ThatsNotPoetry there's no disdain in my "please" just a sincere different message than this one. as to using psychedelic drugs to induce spiritual awakening you will find just as many good experiences than bad. That is why therapy with such drugs have been abandoned because it affects poeple in so many different ways making it to unpredictable for a purpose. You could search spiritual awakening and all you'll end up with is the opposite. As the author said: at the risk of your mental health.

  • @smartti1970 LSD.

  • @youdevil6 Mdma

  • this guy is so.... boring.... zzzzzzzzz

  • lol, i love his glasses, he might as well get 'charlatan' tattooed on his forehead.

  • @DasKrabbe There is a sucker born every minute.

  • Obviously he needs anti-psychotics.

The people who think his accent somehow makes him holy...double doses for them.

He is a ritualistic money maker preaching to naive, gullible, emotionally weak people seeking anything, yes anything, no matter how absurd, in order to give some degree of fulfillment and meaning to empty pathetic lives.

  • @azcentralsurprise

For you to assume that someone's accent defines their character makes you the candidate for anti-psychotics...

    your bigotry is disgusting.

How in any way is he trying to prey on people for money, he's simply stating his experiences with psychedelics and spirituality and is simply stating that they aren't recreational but for spiritual enlightenment.

Leave your poor trolling comments back at 4chan.

  • @haggardjf

Hey, tyhmä learn to comprehend English if you are going to try to communicate in it. I'm not fluent in Suomi, but do you

ymmärtää satiiri in order to make a point?

Your ASSumptions about bigotry-my wife is Chinese, speaks with a very heavy accent, is very smart; and NOT on anti-psychotics.

Correct: this one specific video; not hawking his usual bullshit.

    Sorry for disrespecting your Jumala.

"There's a sucker born every minute" phrase credited to P. T. Barnum

  • @haggardjf

Thanks to the power of the Internet, look at what I found "I do agree that most people in America are pretty retarded...".

Let's see if you're smart enough to guess who posted that little piece of bigotry.

Correct - some douche bag by the name of haggardjf, 3 yrs ago on YT!

I don't have to make unreasonable and false assumptions about you..you have proven, all by yourself, that you are a idiootti.

  • @azcentralsurprise

Congratulations, you've managed to prove my point on an old post, and make yourself seem like a fucking creeper by investing me. You've also managed to prove my point on this video that your behavior warrants anti-psychotics. Have fun on your downward spiral through life.

  • @haggardjf

First, I did not "investing" in you, my Shittish "Ice Monkey" friend.

But, you are really very funny-I proved your point about bigotry by showing you a bigoted post of your own?

WTF? That's "WHAT THE FUCK" in the language you are miserably failing.

Keep praying to Deep Pockets Chopra... and increase your consumption of LSD, you need it; it's the closest thing to reality you seem to understand.

BTW, you are providing me with much needed comic relief on my "downward spiral".

  • Before you judge a drug... do it yourself. The only ones you should actually judge off the bat are hardcore drugs... LSD shrooms and marijuana are the 3 safest drugs around.

  • You can't be serious

  • Oh look it's Dipshit Chopra!

  • chopra is a frau. I agree- ANd he´s making money .

  • Here comes again the blablablahchopracrap. Experiences with these substances are amazing and sometimes enlightening but one real scientist should not confuse how the brain overreacts to distorted stimuli with after life experiences. These can actually be induced by other, physical methods. Chopra is a fraud.

  • Actually, LSD is totally safe. No brain damage :)

  • @ZazettazaZ That's like saying you have to see gravity to know it exists, you don't, science tells us these facts. @ToaoRaj Okay, and who's to say that LSD doesn't put you in touch with the great flying spaghetti monster god in the sky? And what if I decided to charge my followers for these unproven ideas? Wouldn't that anger some people? Oh, and drugs are bad, kids.

  • @drumfromthesoul If one finds the Flying Spaghetti Monster as a deity, then it would, in fact, be a spiritual experience for that particular individual. What you're doing is trying to ascribe what you may personally feel is spiritual to what everyone else should feel is spiritual, which is erroneous. The preoccupation with what's proven and unproven is frivolous, as that type of mentality breeds depression and positivism as much as the converse incites sectarianism. Do what thou wilt, I say.

  • @ToaoRaj Pretentious much?

  • @kevin95611 You're lead to believe that I'm pretentious from my vocabulary, I'd assume. For a moment, I forgot this was Youtube, where pompous prolixity and bombast displays of word knowledge are opprobrious, so I apologize.

No seriously, the subject in which I was discussing called for a more 'direct' vocabulary, as to be precise and within the 500 character limit. Simplifying my above post using easier words to within 500 characters is pointless and difficult.

  • @ToaoRaj Bloviate much?

  • @kevin95611 I read a couple of your previous comments. You seem like a very negative person. Most of your comments are also just very about as lengthy as mine .

However, I'll heed your criticism, keep it succinct and ask why you feel behooved to respond (with vain and unnecessary flak) to comments which you find too long or verbose to read?

  • How archaic to put the experiences of LSD down to "spiritual" explanations. Its simple, LSD messes with the chemicals in your brain and alters your perceptions. You can't just slap "spiritual" on anything that makes you feel good or 'out of this world', such an absurd way of living. Oh and not to mention he makes money of gullable people who believe it.

  • @drumfromthesoul Only the one whom has had the experience can claim if the experience had any spiritual relevance. It is simple, LSD messes with the chemicals in your brain, greatly altering your experience of reality, this can, for some allow the temporary nullification of the ego-self, thus allowing one to delve into the subconscious mind to uncover traumas, and into the superconscious mind to discover truths relevant to the user.

    Take some DMT

  • @drumfromthesoul The experiences of any drug induced states of consciousness can only be explained through the perturbation of chemicals within the brain. No one is disputing that and this is the case with practically everything one experiences, be it exogenously or endogenously. However, who's to say that the chemical disturbance caused within the brain induced by the consumption of hallucinogenic drugs cannot have a profound spiritual effect on the user?

  • how was this about LSD? lol

  • Deepak Chopra needs to be fought

  • Hell, no I live in the US, I can smoke ganja medicinally ALL I WAAAAAAAAAAANT!!!! Ha ha doc!!!!

  • S. T. U. P. I. D.

  • meditate

  • great advise.

  • Seriously an Idiot. He did not have any experience obviously by his Account of it. and nothing like E ? He should be banned from talking about this subject

  • THIS MAN IS AWESOME

  • Deepak Chopra is a fucking charlatan. He makes money off of people's superstition and gullibility. Intellectually speaking, I absolutely loath this guy.

  • OK asshole I'll go all the way to south america to take some acid, nice glasses pimp.

  • this guy is DUMBASS!!!!!!!!

  • @snakedonutsfasho You know, normally I would look at a comment like this and think it was unreasonable and immature... but in this case, I can't help but agree 100%.

  • I have my own ritual, I call it wake and bake

  • @1nqual Congrats you passed the test for UN-enlightened.

  • @1nqual He's rich. Rich people waste money on glasses. You are a sorry fuck. You have ADHD? Get stuck on the glasses and miss the message?

  • My life motto: Drug abuse is bad, but drug use is A-OK!

  • @1nqual I refuse to take into account what a person who cannot complete a correct sentence thinks. pathetic

  • @simonkism You 'tard! You complain about him not finishing a sentence, then YOU leave your fragment of "pathetic". Top-notch work!

  • @1nqual what makes you so sure they are real diamonds that are worth anything or could be sold to feed anyone? what makes you think you are so smart when your grammatical syntax is flawed?

  • MDMA is a few chemical processes away from being methamphetamine. Its non-addictive and safer to ingest than a cup of coffee. Which shows that drugs are not themselves bad, but on the contrary, really mmm goood!

  • @1nqual You have consider Indian fashion as well. They wear alot of stuff that is gaudy as hell to Westerners.

  • Do you know what the guy with the "diamond encrusted glasses" does with some of his money....dick head? How should he dress and look (according to your values)...what shoes would you recommend? Anything else....perhaps he should be a poor looking chap with very basic taste. What an absolute pussy! I hope thats how you live.

  • Your experience with spirituality? Don't you mean your brain distorting your perception of reality? Yeah, truly spiritual. I'm going to go kill someone and label it forceful rebirth. Bye guys.

  • yeah yeah yeah.. life is a trip stay positive .. psychedelics allow you to perceive more subtle occult/hidden dimensions .. as does some meditation, breathing techniques and yoga... how you relate to and perceive at these levels can have profound influence on the rest of your relations and perceptions.. they are tools for spiritual growth.. as is life ..

  • @jrak That's what I used to think :P Then I found out how to live every moment of your life like you're tripping (mentally, without cool visuals). I haven't suffered for one moment since I "became enlightened" so to speak, about a month ago. If any trippers are interested in enlightenment, read Krishnamurti. It may take a while to understand, but once it hits you, it hits you like a brick. I feel like I'm free for eternity. All my LSD trips are just sensory enhancers now :P DO IT!!

  • Comment removed

  • @pumitaproductions

personally not into Krishnamurti so much, he was very wise but his experiences as a youth with Theosophical Society, in my humble left him with an ego and apparently he also became depressed as some point in his youth and never seemed to really rebounded.. but he was wise and many have benefitted and been enlightened by his words , his style is just not for me.. quoting Buckminster Fuller in saying" no nouns only verbs",.. Enlightenment is a process , ,,many guides

  • @jrak You're not "perceiving" hidden dimensions or anything else. You're just messing with the circuitry and chemistry of your brain to change your subjective experiences. A neuroscientist can easily produce the same experiences with a machine in a lab, and you probably wouldn't think they were "spiritual" in that setting, or that you had traveled to some mysterious realm. You would admit what it really is, just messing with your brain.

  • not correct..

    everything, all experience, is spiritual.

Not sure what machine you're referring to? or what experiences ? seems you're referring to more subtle perception and maybe are confused by the use of the word dimension in this context .. like hidden qualities . the nature of reality is consciousness, mind , it's not mechanical, not in "your brain" or even "your mind", the soul doesn't exist ( just ) in the body , the body exists in the soul .. ( god is in you and you are in god.. ) ..

  • @jrak Look up "God helmet" on wikipedia. It's just one of many, many examples that make it obvious that what you're experiencing is the result of brain activity, not a "soul" or something "spiritual." If you were on a retreat and not in a lab you'd likely believe there really was a "spiritual" presence near you.

It's very easy to alter subjective experience by altering the brain, yet somehow this isn't enough for people like you to admit that the brain is the cause.

  • @dalpaugh

" people like me" would include many scientists , many of who start out as materialists.. took a course with Donald Hoffman an mit trainred neuro-scientist currently professor at uc irvine who believes that the brain in a way, does nothing but acts as an interface ( like the icons on a operating system would be or this youtube here if you were not aware of the underlying code , the ultimate source is consciousness )..

  • @jrak The fact that some scientists believe "the ultimate source is consciousness" or believe in God or Shiva or Zeus or whatever (the former is just the New Age version of the later,) is irrelevant. Other people's beliefs do not constitute evidence. There is no evidence for such beliefs beyond personal subjective experience, which is much better explained by brain activity than by appeal to some mysterious "cosmic consciousness."

  • @dalpaugh "Spiritual" has so many meanings, one of which is universally human, or something shared by all human beings (whereas "religious" is something shared only by one certain culture).

  • @1nqual plus is he claiming to be a holy man? why would he have said, if you really want to try them go to south america and find a shaman...instead of just saying, oh i will guide you myself come see me...i dont see anything wrong with what he's saying or doing

  • @1nqual lol those look far more like dollar-store cheap fake diamond glasses, not expensive name-brand ones.

  • @1nqual omg, i didnt notice...diamond glasses? that's just pathetic... and u know, in the scientific community deepak is laughed at for his outrageous misinterpretation of quantum mechanics. but hey, thats what he's built his fortune/success on -_-

  • LSD was used as a psychiatric drug back in the 50s... it had amazing results. such a shame that it's banned.

  • he is being an ashole as a hindu why he shouldnt say his body belongs to krishna or force or energy and his job to nurture kindly what a jerk go preach in india for brahmo sabha or east india shipping company

  • @1nqual You've turned this into such a big discussion that I can't find your comment to reply to it. You asked how I'd feel if he didn't use any of his money for charity. It has everything to do with the evolution of his consciousness. If a person has never been shown different perspectives--has never been shown a life outside of material struggle and desire--it will never occur to them to give away things they've worked for. If he failed to see this, he wouldn't be what he says he is.

  • interesting vid. re the diamond glasses the guy is an Indian--culturally that sort of thing is OK for him--shouldn't be in too much of a rush to judge him.

  • @1nqual :) There are limitless perspectives to take, and most of us are trapped in only our own. Always good to see others, too! Peace.

  • @1nqual No matter what good or bad people say they do with their lives, they are still human beings. A human being with money is going to spend money. A man works hard and sacrifices things in the hopes of bettering mankind, and you fault him for buying expensive eyeglasses? So much of his wealth is put back into communities and into charities, but you wouldn't bother to pay attention to these details, would you. Please, open your reality and try to see the good in people. The world needs it.

  • @1nqual nice argument. very well thought out. he spent money on glasses, therefore, he's never made a contribution to a worthy cause. do you have any idea what kind of donations this guy has made and continues to makes? you and the 26 sheeple that liked your comment are about as ignorant as you can get. he earned his millions so he has every right to spend it on whatever he prefers. no one needs to answer to you. you wouldn't splurge a little bit if you had millions right? go troll elsewhere.

  • When you take LSD you will leave your body thru the crown shakra ,Its possible thought forms or entities can enter your body. Or you you might go mad and start wearing glasses like Deepak Chopra .

  • find an authentic shaman? lul

  • @1nqual u know he does help out the poor right? know what ur saying and then talk
