Ofcourse you can download stuff from PSN to your PSP3000. It's common knowledge, but people got brainwashed into thinking you can't. some of my collection is downloaded, and the greater part sits gracefully on my shelf in boxes with manuals (and still cheaper than downloaded games!). PSP3000 is the best of both worlds.

Think of it as another option rather than a replacement for the existing PSP. Because that's what it is.

Haha uve asked the right person. I have the origional psp and the new 1 and i also have a zune 30gb and another zune 120 gb. Well, they both have there limitations. 1 a new zune is commin out the same week as the psp go ( ZuneHD) and The psp can play games, but the zune can 2. the zune though has only 6 right now, but the zune HD is rumored to be able to access the xbox marketplace to have a lot more games. as for hardrive space, the psp go i think has removable storage media like SD, CF, or MS.

I dont think they will upgrade the psp within the year, cuz now they are doing anual upgrades. now, im probably gonna get both, but its gonna b a while til i do.
