i had the same problem a while ago but with my shoulders. i tried correcting the imbalance by giving the smaller side more work but ended up messing my shoulder up.
I noticed that my upper chest is far less developed than any other part of my body, and that having a big middle and lower chest looks funny without much upper chest. I found only a few upper chest exercises on your channel, (thoroughly analyzing your tips) and I'm still having a problem with feeling a really significant amount of contraction in that area. I'm wondering if you could come up with some more exercises i could try, maybe as one of your next bulletproof series videos. Thanks
This guy makes tony horton look like a little league assistant ball coach. really disappointed i paid for p90x. This guy is the real deal. I always thought people who did p90x looked a little small but people who do athleanx look large and in charge.
Can you do a seated concentration curl with this, or would it just tear down the muscle? If not, is there another work out set that you could do with this that would work out the other half of the bicep without tearing down. I am thinking a cable set would work, but free weights for me would be best. Thank you.

Jeff you're a very clued up guy. The idea of the bicep curl is good. I just believe that you're overlooking the other 2 planes of motion. hence, if you truly want to "bullet proof" the biceps, training in a 3 dimensional way might help you a little bit more with that. I know where you're coming form with the shoulder idea, maybe that's the reason why the other 2 planes were not demonstrated. I would at least reconsider the frontal plane then. Great job though

You can adjust the resistance by stepping with both feet and widening your stance.

Hey man! I was wondering if you could do a video on how to NOT cheat and how tell whether or not your cheating or not. Cause when I curl , I catch myself starting to cheat unconsciously. Also, your form and when you know your weight is to light or too heavy. Once again thanks man.

what about if you already have rotator cuff problems as being in an external rotation and using a heavy weight ,its going to damage your rotator cuff right ?
