  • bullet proof lower back iv got a recurring problem it dosnt affect me lifting anything but gently swaying side to side in a vehicle with an upright back support or at a crowded music event triggers it, can you help???

    I'd like to see some hamstring exercises or "bulletproof hamstring". I had an ACL reconstruction 2 times and I'm still not confident with my knee. The other knee is starting to feel lose now. I wanna get stronger knees and able to play soccer like before again.

    an if you have watched another one of his vids, he explains failure, and how you can still excercise the same muscle even after hitting failure ^_^

  • @anthony66701 this is my opinion, but you are a bit young to.bodybuild, but moderate is fine, avoid dead lifts and anyhing you lify while standing

    I 'm 14 and i would like to know if weightlifting is taking a heavy toll on my body.

    Some of my teachers have been saying that it would stunt my growth, some says its fine to a certain degree of intensity. But I would like to hear it from you. I've been pumping for quite a while now.

  • admiral8toes. It is crazy but if you are right handed you are naturally going to be bigger on that side. He talks about our 'weak side' somewhere. Body Builders want semmetry so there has to be some way.

  • @admiral8toes most ppl have on side defferent frm the other. it might be that your right and lefft arms are the same size but the right arms insertion and origin may be at different parts of the arm. this might result in one arm having a higher peek or looking larger than the other.

    i had the same problem a while ago but with my shoulders. i tried correcting the imbalance by giving the smaller side more work but ended up messing my shoulder up.

    I noticed that my upper chest is far less developed than any other part of my body, and that having a big middle and lower chest looks funny without much upper chest. I found only a few upper chest exercises on your channel, (thoroughly analyzing your tips) and I'm still having a problem with feeling a really significant amount of contraction in that area. I'm wondering if you could come up with some more exercises i could try, maybe as one of your next bulletproof series videos. Thanks

  • Can you do a seated concentration curl with this, or would it just tear down the muscle? If not, is there another work out set that you could do with this that would work out the other half of the bicep without tearing down.   • seriously Jeff, you're awesome! I have just started my second round of athlean x and added in the chest and bicep tnt. I'm only on week 2 and the results are great! i would recommend to anyone out there that wants an effective and well priced training program the get ATHLEAN X because it really works.

  • Jeff you're a very clued up guy. The idea of the bicep curl is good. I just believe that you're overlooking the other 2 planes of motion. hence, if you truly want to "bullet proof" the biceps, training in a 3 dimensional way might help you a little bit more with that. I know where you're coming form with the shoulder idea, maybe that's the reason why the other 2 planes were not demonstrated. I would at least reconsider the frontal plane then. Great job though

    You can adjust the resistance by stepping with both feet and widening your stance.

    You could also buy thicker ones as well, and it's only 10 bucks (w/o shipping) for one, so you can get 3 different levels for 30 + added shipping
