  • I don't understand how these guys can look so calm after running a 400m dash. After I finish running a 400 I just want to be left alone with my body on the ground.

  • gay music...not that there is anything wrong with it...but still gay music

  • i couldn't watch the race , i didn't have the patience , that f.cking music , ughhhhhh .

  • Skip to 2:25 for the start of the race

  • First white person who runs well

  • I could go without the crap music!

  • Wariner is the fastest obviously-non-steroid-using 400 runner of all time.

  • @kozmon0t U think Michael Johnson used steroids?

  • @jniceness132 Even if Johnson was clean, it was far from obvious, especially at a time when nearly everyone was doping. Johnson's about the last sprinter you'd look at and say, ok, no way does he do steroids.

Look at Wariner, no way does he do steroids.

  • good job jeremy

  • He needs to be back to this again.

  • damm nice!!

  • i can't do jeremy's wariner sit style!

  • 2:25 Start of race

  • gj ruining the videos whit homo songs =)

  • My favorite race with JW!!

  • Kirani, i guess will smash Usian Bolt, one day, but mabyy at 2012 LONDON!

  • @2mliam yeah kirani is fast

  • @2mliam Mr James may well have greater potential (as a 400 metres runner) than the 6 foot 5" Jamaican speedster ...... but there is absolutely NO WAY that he will ever be able to emulate Mr Bolt's exceptional achievements in the two sprint events - 100 and 200 metres. May I remind you what Bolt's personal bests are for those events: 9.58 [100m] and 19.19 [200m]. Those times are kinda fast, don't you think?!

  • @TheEctomorph They're really two different worlds of competition so I don't think it's a very fair comparison. The diet, exercise, technique and psychology for running sprints is different from all distance runs, 400M or beyond.

  • @Con7ent It is interesting that you should describe the 400M as a "distance" run. Nowadays, one frequently hears the quarter-mile event referred to as an "extended sprint"! Personally, I think that the 400M is a strange event - it is too long to be considered a sprint, in the true sense of that word; yet, strictly speaking, it is too short to be regarded as a middle-distance race. I suppose that it is accurate to describe the event as

  • @Con7ent [Continuing on from my previous 'post' about the 400M] being in "no man's land", as it were - between the sprints and the middle-distances.

  • the best Edited 400 music u can start. ENGINES REV.

  • kirani coming for u

  • i jus love the fact tht a guy can win quite easily :)

  • The orange sun shining down a ray of surrealness, a man in the midst in one of the greatest challeneges in his life, a run as fluid as water itself, a mystical song along with that... perfection. This is one of the best running videos I've ever seen in my life.

  • Man two things I love! Techno and Track :)

  • I dont have nothing againts merrit, but JW deserved the gold medal in Beijing and Berlin...

  • Great time by wariner. I can't find his reaction time in this race. Can't find it anywhere.. Does anybody know??
