I love original Stargate (1994) movie and never was a fan of its TV show (I prefer Babylon 5, Farscape, Earth: Final Conflict, Lexx, The 4400 etc) but being a huge Sci-Fi fan I had to watch this movie. It was interesting to see 2 leading stars from Farscape here - Ben Browder and Claudia Black. They were brilliant. Amanda Tapping, Christopher Judge, Beau Bridges were great too but I still think that they missed a lot of action. Babylon 5 and Farscape made better "supporting" films
I think the story writers sux I could write much better stories. :D
Some episodes are OK. BUT I always find some faults and exploits in their episodes. If you were in their position would you have done the same? No. Because the story writers are cheap. For instance. Tao of Rodney. Use the device on 10000 people reverse the process of all close to death. Done. SERIES FINISHED. We are the smartest in the universe we can ascend and bust their asses up into pieces.
@gfetco BUT IF I RECALL RIGHT THEY MADE UP A LAME EXCUSE SO THAT U CANT USE THE DEVICE ANYMORE. Because of some failure in the system. BIG FAT LOL THEN FUCKING FIX IT.
I could do this all day I have so much complaints about this series.
