Backstory-wise, between Peacock and Painwheel, I'd say that Peacock's is more tragic: a war orphan, refitted with high-tech weapons of mass destruction, and the fact that she sees life as nothing more than a cartoon shows that some brain-messing has been done, although not as severe as what's been done to Painwheel. On the aggression side, Painwheel takes point; her attacks are pretty much those of a berserker, compared against Peacock's moves. They both look good, though.

Painwheel is a very bold design - nothing cute about the character, both her looks and fighting style are simply horrifying, despite the cartoony art style. The trailer's spinning pinwheel and "cheerful" music complete the haunting picture. Great job.
