@MrJessePetrie I understand your dislike. When I first saw this I had just come to the realization that Eric smoked and I was a little shocked over that. However, if you look at the history of the time, which was that this was pretty standard if not behind the times in style and recognize that the Rollers were desperately trying to leave behind their teeny bopper image, the style and substance becomes understandable. It is not what I personally associate with the band but I now like it.

It's me, (I was using my sons computer b4) I truely understand ur point, & I know that the boys were going 4 a more mature image\style; but I feel that it doesn't work 4 everyone. I sometimes think that the "shock value" of such a drastick change can backfire. I honestly don't think u have 2 "put it out there" to make a sucessful transition frm teen idol 2 adult. I love the boys, but I feel uncomfortable with this.

Oh yeah, agreed. The Rollers were always underrated, partly due to Arista insisting on labeling them as a 'boy band'.
They were best musically when they were allowed to grow... even if it meant away from bubblegum...
