people miss the boat when they arrive too late, Some times they can pay the pilot ship a few hundred, if the captain agrees, they won't agree if you are not strong enough to climb on board, or if are late out silliness

Not "poor people". You're giving a time that you need to be back and they were late. They even wait a half an hour pass the time they tell you, and these people still didn't make it.

@TeePeeProductions This was in San Juan and could have been the embarkation port (seeing as they have luggage). Unfortunately, passengers cannot control flight delays, transportation conflicts, etc. To suggest that it was purely their fault is not right. My family and I have been on numerous cruises and on one of them, about 2 years ago, barely made it onto the ship. They had closed the doors, registration ha packed up, etc. Why? The cruise's own shuttle service was delayed.

omg poor people couldn't finish their cruise :( whyever... it's really sad if you can't finish your vacations and have to get off board :( probably an emergency back home... no one deserves that :(

@cwacki as well: did you Even Watch The Video before making your comment? Notice she HAS HER LUGGAGE! You don't get off the ship for the day with your luggage, and they don't throw it at you if you miss the ship after a day of touring, lol. I'm a travel agent, MANY times I've had clients have to get off the ship mid-cruise because of a family emergency back home, someone died, someone in hospital. You're passing judgment on this woman and she most likely Chose to get off the ship.

i have gone to cruice ship 3 times if they just follow the rules of the time they tell you when you gona get out and they dont listen and thats why they stay in the island

Get with it people. I have been on cruises. They tell you when to get off the ship, and when to be back on!! Do they seriously need to hold your hand??? Rediculous!!!!

@cwacki ................Did it occur to you that perhaps their reason for being late may not be their fault...For example; their plane may have been late, etc...Geez, quit being so damn judgmental would ya?! There are things that happens sometimes beyond one's control...Remember that next time you are the recipient of bad luck!
