@olga2415 Yulp, that's right! Ever watch G. Edward Griffins film 'The Capitalist Conspiracy'? It along with some other notables in the 'truth movement' identify these freaks of nature, spawn of satan, as The Committee of 300. Not saying I'm definitive on any one camp but this one is the most interesting of all the hypotheses.
@anyusmoon1 Yes I have. He's one of the truest voices around these days. There are not a lot of evil spawn at the very top, but those few who hold most of the purse strings, have many, many minions and sychophants willing to do their bidding in all areas of existence for a piece of the pie. They don't seem to realize that as soon as they are no longer needed, they are as expendable as a piece of toilet paper once it's used. lol
@olga2415 Gotta wipe somewhere! :-( Case in point... Shillary and Owebama scurrying off for two day meeting with (Rockefeller (?) ) to decide who goes forward in the 08 campaign against McLame! What a retarded display. Hillary really held up too! Must be a three-ply brand ? although she looked worse for the wear for these last two years. :-/
Yep the systems made everyone into a whore and/or pimping for a living. No real manufacturing left for we peons. Just scraps from the fiat financiers.
Marvelous video! Count me in on this rant. Ib stood before the fiat "fed court" (which is in fact a private corporation) and to the remark by the judge to me to "accept your part of the blame for the position you find yourself in", I calmly replied, "But I bear no part of the predicament in which I find myself. It so happens that I am in the grip of evil which can do nothing but fracture the english language in its determined effort to convince itself of its rightiousness". It IS evil.
@olga2415 Wow! Brilliant! '...fracturing language... to convince itself of righteousness". AMEN! Surprised he (the judge) didn't hold you in contempt for that gem.
Bravo! Once again - you have stolen my heart. Thank you SO MUCH for being, I'm sure the Kenyan and his staff know you by name now, just as they do me for all the scathing emails I regularly bombard them with (Obama, Jim Webb and Mark Warner mostly). If I can ever find a job again in this devastated economy I will buy the gear and join you here - until then, thank you, thank you and thank you!
@3CooperBoys Brother-- thank you, thank YOU for your service to this once great country! Mr. whats-his-name is in India now- its his new stumping grounds for campaigning. Finding constituents in the land where American industry has run off too- we might try looking for work there? Ooops, can't do that, India has tough immigration control.
@NWOIS666 Thank you. Did you happen to check out the househub channel? What a JOKE. Pelosi's latest upload of Oct 22 is truly representative of how ridiculous her circus has become.
@pidner I am absolutely FOR term limits... these lifetime careers in politics are insanely antithetical to We the People who created a limited fed gov. It would astonish the average american to how little jurisdiction congress has over the lives of citizens.
No, diebold and systems like it have been as usurped as our education system has been by non-profit foundations.
Sadly, I believe that America as we knew it, when I was a child, is long gone and possibly irretrievable.
Totally agree, things are like night and day from say thirty years ago,and even then Washington was full of crooks.Alot of the blame is on us,I dont think the average citizen knows the power we have over the government,we are a force to be reckend with, like with guns, obohma had gun control plans, until he seen Americans heading for the gunshops just before he was elected, and our actions stopped his plans before he could get into office,we scared them to put it simply.
@pidner Yes, so instead of pushing the protect-criminals via anti-gun legislation he (owebama) will take it out on the lousy fishers in America daring to feed their families or take a break on the river-banks of this once great nation.
Nope. I did find out they (gov) resumed allowing (how magnanimous) comments to post but haven't really checked out that site in a while. Hope ya cut the rug on them varmints.
@357th Thank you for going the little extra mile to see why I made this video and get a dose of what would make me go off like I did. Thank you even more for sharing your experience too.
Amazing isn't it? And such a simple thing to produce. Well... although it's not in the news, Orly Taitz' court hearing is Jan 2010, so it's the question will be asked and answered (presumably).
Dont hold your breath..By now that judge has been threatened wit drawing and guartering, after he is crsified.. Any he has been scared off like anyone that guestions his citizen ship.
@darrellmellissa I don't care if you discover he was born in the same manger as Jesus Christ! It's his acts you should judge him by! Look how much harm Obama has done in just his short time in office. Look at all who he has appointed to his cabinet and to other high policy positions. Look to who he cow-tows to! You are focusing on the wrong issue about what nationality he is. Wake the hell up!
If only every American woman were like this one. American women should turn-off Oprah, Dr. Phil, and The View, and listen to this enlightened woman instead. 10 Stars, and a favorite!
This may shock you but... I hope the majority won't prevail, as our country was built on laws, not men. In a republic the single individual is sovereign regardless of how badly the majority wants to strip him of it.
The original revolution had a mere 3% of the population behind it. The majority wanted no trouble with the king.
Wonderful observation once again ! Do think they are teaching such a valuable lesson in our schools?
I sometimes wonder about those "minority rights" however. You did see Wag the Dog with Dustin Hoffman - and "special interests / corporations" are minorities too right? Where are "We the people" to draw the line in the sand pray tell?
Special interests, corporations are abstract, meaning they not human beings, they have no rights.
Education is key but sadly the education system was usurped generations ago. Check out the interview of Norman Dodd (see playlisted on my vlog). What's left are remnants and memories, barely even rumors of sovereignty and what it meant. They want us to forget. We have to educate ourselves and pass the proof on to those with ears to hear.
It's too bad I was so angry but... glad you took something useful from it. Thank you for supporting freedom and our constitutional republic, truth in the media and free markets (not fascism).
Google justifies what it's doing on YT because none of us pay to use the service BUT it's home spun vids that made the site what it is, not the Oprahs of the world. So YT will be remade into TheirTube. Similarly 'We The People' will be made into 'Our People'. Sad but true, if we don't act wisely.
i hope you all know eric holder would like to limit internet free speech, last night on adult swim the character kicked the head off a pyramid/sphinx hilarious..if there's any hope for a third party please wake up
I used like Google when it was a school project, even earlier part of its' corporate history. But now they are evil, although its' motto is "Don't be evil". It all started after Eric Schmidt became CEO. I hate that guy.
Yulp. Googles silicon valley / military industrialized complex connections are well documented.
Welcome to data mining at it's best. You might find the following website / search engine of interest (particularly the cartoons) scroogle org (NOTE: do NOT go to scroogle com as it is a porn site :-(
Out of 40 points no one can argue you pull an obscure detail about who in the democratic party dissed Ron Paul... the concept of the 'party' dissing a message applies to many examples, Kucinich, Gravel the list is pretty long.
Gov doesn't have enough bought and paid for media tripe going on for ya directed chaos? Join the owebama crusaders, k? Get your kicks out of rounding up dissenters.
As to hi-tech? There was no higher success rate than Ron Pauls rEVOLution on the net.
I could go on about the video, if your heart really desires it. But not many people are, even deep down, that intellectually masochistic.
Because really, this video is laughable. Obama and Bush are the same? You libertarians just lump everything you disagree with into the same category, ignoring HUGE issue differences!
Or claiming majority when you don't have it. Americans are split on what to do about immigration - including amnesty AND tighter borders
LOL @ masochistic! If you think anything you could say would be painful to me... the issue here is not sado-masochistic but rather a heady case of your ego being bigger than it ought to be.
Americans have two choices- Either they support what the Constitution says on the matter or they must move to amend it. Not fall asleep and allow congress that don't read bills they pass to change things surreptitiously.
"Americans have two choices- Either they support what the Constitution says on the matter or they must move to amend it."
Yes?
"Not fall asleep and allow congress that don't read bills they pass to change things surreptitiously. "
That has been a problem, but you have to understand how hierarchical the modern legislative branch is now. The president sets the agenda, speakers set the procedures, committee heads write the bills, and the congressional mob votes along party lines for show.
Until the Constitution is completely shredded and thrown out I don't "have to understand" nor blindly accept 'agendas, procedures, bills, laws or any of the tyrants and traitors taking part in them. They are all void for being unconstitutional.
In fact it's my DUTY to defend the constitution.
Have you READ IT LATELY? You're snarky, snide attitude is b.s.- Make a video reply cuz I'm through typing what you ought to be speaking in video about.
So, with this hierarchy in mind, don't blame congressmen for not reading the bills too closely. The exact wording gets hammered out in fairly private committee settings with input from key party leaders. It's like how we don't read contracts, but sign based on a good faith description by the person giving it to us, and our knowledge of other similar contracts.
And don't try to say you read every one, because you'd go crazy. Every time you download a software update, there's a new contract...
"Put it in a video chaos! Tell the world you want to let government off the hook for reading bills because Americans don't read software licenses."
Maybe I will, because that requires quite a bit of explanation. The point is, you can't just throw 400+ people into a room and have them all write a bill together. A few key players write it, with a lot of editing, and the rest are just sort of updated twitter-like, giving only their likely vote as input.
You're justifications of unconstitutional, immoral and wholly 'statist' views are sickening. Ignorance on this scale is frightening and the fact that you comfort yourself by believing you are in a 'majority' ads insult to injury.
"the fact that you comfort yourself by believing you are in a 'majority' ads insult to injury."
Ah, here's the true fringe nut showing her colors: YOU DENY OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE!
Poll numbers SHOW how contentious immigration reform is. I cited some numbers, but all you can drag out is "ignorance [...] frightening [...] 'majority' [...] insult"
Dumb. As for statist views, LIBERALS WON. The economy collapsed under CONSERVATIVE economic values. It's time for, *cough*...
Obviously, they *should* read it, just as we *should* read all our software licenses and contracts and such.
But I'm trying to draw a distinction between good-faith beliefs about what's in the bill/contract, and sneaky snake oil salesmen who hide horrible stuff like wiretapping americans, torture, and unraveling habeas corpus.
In other words, the Patriot Act was a rushed con feeding on terrorism and most who signed it DIDN'T know about those things. That was HISTORIC.
Back up here- the software, service agreements probably read something to the affect that 'info will be made accessible by lawful governmental...' COURT ORDER IS A REQUIRMENT!
And that is what was ignored and now expunged 'conveniently' by owebama and boosh, ala the FISA Act
Of course, the problem is what exactly you mean by "amnesty" and the infamous poll wording issues. The best you can say is the country is split. For example, a recent AP-Ipsos survey showed 56% support for some kind of legal status, compared to 41% for none. Rounding up 11 million people is a serious issue -- entire illegal communities have blossomed.
So just blanket saying "WE" don't want amnesty is ignoring DEMOCRACY by grouping ME with YOU.
Here's a TIP directedchaos (chaos is the understatment)... WE don't HAVE a democracy! We have a Constitutional Republic! Mob Rule doesn't apply. Our immigration policies are fine as written but have been totally ignored for 50 or more years.
I am speaking for the Constitution! Which is We The People (WTP). The laws that are written have not been properly applied. One of the sole responsibilities of Fed is to oversee (protect) borders and immigration.
Congress/Senate being on YouTube when they don't even read the bills they pass is abhorrent.
No, you never addressed that. That was an error on your part, you got caught up in the passion of your speech and claimed too broad a support base.
The FACT is that immigration is a CONTENTIOUS issue -- and that's understandable, it's a DIFFICULT issue. You have 11 million people, most of whom are trying to make legitimate lives in a better place, running from our CRUMBLING neighbor.
And yes... it's contentious, yet you come on here and ridicule me for my audacity to challenge government to spend the money they received on a project that was passed. What happened to the money? They took it to build it? Even if I disagree with the fence idea, that isn't the point- they didn't do what they said, with the money they got and offer no explanation.
I'll give you a little break to think about if you want this continued. Here's a sneak peak: a list of very major policy differences between Obama and Bush, and further breakdown of the immigration problem and why it is contentious and you clearly NOT the only voice.
Dudette, check the friggin facts because you type.
Bush: "I don't believe we ought to have amnesty" from ontheissues.
Obama: "I also want to give them a pathway, so that they can earn citizenship"
Bush is clearly more on your side there. A difference!
"the distinctions between them are few."
Bush slashed EPA regs, Obama beefs them back up. Bush slashed top bracket taxes, Obama beefs them back up. Bush goes into Iraq, Obama pulls out. Stimulus?
Owebama voted aye for every budget proposal to CONTINUE the IRaq war, that equals supporting the war.
Clearly more on 'my' side? If on a scale of 1 to 100 if I'm (for instance) on ZERO (tolerance of amnesty) and You are at 100 (% for amnesty) and bush is at 49, owebama is at 51. both a CLEARLY what they are, a 4 can't be a 5 and a 9 can't be a 1, but it doesn't mean they're far apart.
"Owebama voted aye for every budget proposal to CONTINUE the IRaq war"
The problem REALLY is that the president still has the power to declare war without permission from congress. After that's done, and troops are in harm's way, at some level congress is *forced* to support it, or risk stranding troops without supplies -- for cripes sake, WE COULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM BODY ARMOR.
With a gun to their heads, dems voted to keep the funding, yes, until the very end. And now they're changing it...
I see, so Iraq isn't a real war, since congress didn't declare it? Same with vietnam?
How about you explain that one to our god damn vets.
The FACT is that CONGRESS HASN'T DECLARED WAR SINCE WORLD WAR II.
You have some serious learning to do, missy fringe libertarian. Presidents can *EFFECTIVELY* declare war now. Moving troops and initiating combat with no end is very EFFECTIVE.
Enter the moral dilemma of not funding troops in harms way.
I think everyone here understands that the US is and has been involved in military action around the world at the command of the President. The issue is that our leaders are not following the rule of law, which I think you agree with judging from your other posts. Are you just arguing to be contentious or is there a point here? I'm a vet and I understand what Anyus is saying and agree 100%. BTW, I support the troops...it's the policy makers who put them in harm's way I have issues with.
Have you heard jay rockefeller comment about the internet! I would not rely on politicians to help us! The only way I feel is to go outside the system, to make the world better, but I feel most all people are scum! Just makes me work harder! Thanks
I did watch a video of Rockefeller- made me SICK! and I wrote similarly on the comments there.
Do I think every is scum- absolutely not! Once they (WTP) regain some confidence and memory of what our country was founded on (Christian principles) I have real hope.
Small micro-economies will set the successful trend(s) in motion. Be a part of it.
Christianity on the end of a sword from my perspective! I am a christian a heart from my perspective! Yahshua was a rebel and would not side with politicians but the lowest of humble people the down trodden, not people with nationalistic idealisms, not the hipocritical religious, give on to Ceasar excuse! Humans are a scourge of the planet, it would be better without our ego's, Our Country was founded by the Native American that used to flourish this land, before cash and Prizes! Thank you,R
I feel our discussion has arrived at an impasse. You and I cannot have a productive discussion about religion or the Constitution, because we cannot agree on outside criteria for proof.
I would like you to know that I did enjoy the discussion such as it was. You've been a lot more constructive than most. If you ever want to know more about rational philosophy, the philosophy of personal and political freedom and anarcho-capitalism, then head on over to Freedomain Radio and join the conversation.
I respect that. However, before you go to far, please read or listen to 'The Law' by Frederic Bastiat.
I don't believe the spirit or spark of life is absolutely essential to every intellectual discussion about government but when it is so utterly intrinsic to the constitutional republic it cannot be avoided.
We derive our rights from our Creator- not from other men or kings. Maybe you would term it as 'natural' rights?
I would not term any religious or collectivist concept as "natural", because they are not derived from reality but rather from fiction. Other adjectives come to mind, though not all are appropriate for polite conversation and none of them flattering.
What I'm saying is that if you will not subject your truth value statements to logical and empirical testing, then there truly is no way for us to have a productive discussion. We might as well set two TV sets to talk at one another.
Im as anti-collectivist as they come and in fact not religious. I am spiritual (personal faith) more importantly though I don't agree w/everything the founders did, pertaining 2 constitution, still the facts of their influences cannot b denied.
My suggesting the Bastiat piece was an attempt to establish a vernacular both of us could be comfortable with, whilst discussing the political landscape of the U.S.
The 'collectivist' marxists have set out to destroy the individual (and his faith).
I don't feel as though I'm being listened to, though I don't feel that it's necessarily your fault. Maybe it's because I'm not being clear enough.
What I'm trying to say is that concepts derived from fiction are enormously destructive to any search for truth, in the same way that a landmine on a jogging route is enormously destructive to your ability to make progress along the route unless you identify and avoid it.
To continue on the same metaphor, making a distinction between "religion" and "spirituality", or one between "Constitutionalism" and "Collectivism", is like covering the mine with a blanket before stepping on it in the hope that it will go away.
"A common vernacular" does not necessarily help with the search for truth. During the middle ages, an enormous amount of time and energy was poured into a long-running scholastic debate, concerning whether or not the first human had a navel. Madness.
I've no confusion between capitalism and fascism. The equation goes something like this:
Capitalism + State meddling ("Statism") = Mercantilism = Tyranny
Within that framework, Dritte Reich-fascism fits neatly into the concept of Mercantilism, as does the modern, quasi-free market, albeit to a somewhat smaller degree. Are we in agreement on this point, at least?
Corporations + Federal/gov = (Corporatism) Fascism; Fed/gov (meddling+ with We The People aka WTP (via education, taxation, media etc) = Socialism; Fed/gov meddling with foreign countries = Empire building.
Fascism and Socialism work hand in hand.
A constitutional republic of, by and for WTP relied on WTP being self-governed (hence the bible reference made earlier).
The empire bldrs (NWO families) needed to 'kill' Christianity in the US in order to meddle with WTP.
is inherently contradictory, and an invalid source of moral instruction. I won't even go into the exploitative mess of religion and religious texts.
The Government is a concept entirely divorced from reality, in more ways than I care to number, and is as such not a valid moral construct. Therefore, politicians, soldiers, police officers and any other state employees are just regular people, whose actions should be judged by the same moral criteria as everyone else's.
The government we have today is not the government of these united States-
The multitudes of today are not the multitudes of when the government was first formed.
The principle text that inspired our original Constitutional Republic was the bible. Most if not all, We The People, at that time, had a bible in their homes. There was no separating the two.
Only the steady, deliberate dumbing down and removal of biblical principle could have made the fall of this country happen.
I'm beginning to see what might be an inconsolable difference in our methodologies. Allow me to explain the radical materialist viewpoint:
Concepts are derived from reality. Concepts are only valid in so far as they describe material reality. Documents such as the Constitution and religious texts are only valid in so far as they describe material reality. The Constitution ascribes diametrically opposed moral characteristics to the same class of object (intelligent being), and as such -
Sorry, I should've been more clear. I was referring to the Non-Agression Principle.
Violence is regularly inflicted upon citizens. Any "punishment" or threat thereof for a nonviolent crime is, in itself, an act of violence, as is taxation and inflation of fiat currency.
When you say that the unauthorized entry into a country is illegal, are you comparing this act to trespassing upon private property? Wouldn't that imply that the Government of any country owns all property within its borders?
One of the single most important (Constitutional) acts the fed/gov is to perform is to protect the borders. The abysmal job they've done on that is so totally ignored by media, schools, etc is only seconded by how bad the fed/gov is at everything else they shouldn't be doing.
The border is the jurisdiction of the fed. How 'we' got all the 'land' is another matter but no- it doesn't imply that all property within the borders is theirs. Although they think it does.
Crime and punishment is not what this video was about, nor is it really the area of my expertise. Psychological and moral influences play heavily on the matter and I'm certain you and I will likely never come to an agreement. but... to address your statement that i place to much trust in Dr. Paul is incorrect. I disagree w/him on the 'fence' and depart with him on capital punishment.
I take a more biblical stance. My private property is just that, private, u take great risk trying to take it.
the most rape-heavy locales in the western world or outright murder. Does this not draw comparison to how a forger might study an intricate piece of art for years, in order to make a copy and sell it as the original?
I do not agree with the initiation of the use of force. Surely, you must recognize that moving from one place to another is not a violent attack?
More fundamentally, he speaks of the NAP. That means that he has understood it, and that he recognizes its value. Yet, he still councils that the people marked by the conceptual label of "Government" be allowed to adhere to the exact opposite principle, attacking citizens for nonviolent actions, stealing their money under threats of imprisonment in
Sorry, I still don't understand. Are you referring to the NAU? What is NAP?
As to initiating violence... upon whom is this violence initiated?
Illegal entry to another country is a crime, period. Deportation is not an act of violence. Nor is building a fence. If you commit a crime should you not expect punishment once apprehended?
Prisons are horrible, and if gov didn't make breathing illegal we would not have overcrowding :-(
You give Ron Paul too much credit. Does he not also council violations of the non-aggression principle? What's with the anti-immigration policies he's pushing? How's moving from one place to another the initiation of the use of force? In a way, Ron Paul is worse than the others. Obama or McCain wouldn't know right from wrong at sight, but Paul praises right while doing wrong. If he were to gain any power, then the wrongs he would do would only serve to sully NAP and libertarianism as a whole.
He is not anti-immigration he is FOR lawful immigration. Without a proper regard for immigration policy no country can survive. He has even changed his attitude toward the fence- I maintain that the money has been (allegedly) allotted for the fence to BUILD IT.
I fought McLame, Bush, Owebama & all the pro-amnesty crew long before the onset of the 08 presidential race. Paul's position was excellent,IMHO.
Even if a politician were fuelled by a drive to do what he believes to be right, this drive has to be tempered by the reality of the corruption that flows from violations of the non-aggression principle.
In short, even if this video were to bring a revelation unto the least corrupted of politicians, it would bring nothing but pain and impotent frustration to him.
No. I made those posts because I recognize that you're obviously highly intelligent and a very effective communicator, and because I believe that the cause is worth my time.
Find the root causes behind the state. Look to the families of origin, to the public schools and to religions. This is where people are first forced to conform to the will to power. The first reforms over time and with the support of intelligent and outspoken people like yourself. The latter two are beyond any redemption of
which my mind can conceive, being that their very natures are based on coercion and exploitation.
If violence created the problems of which you speak, then teach people to recognize that, and teach them how else they might live their lives and solve social problems. Don't justify the state by pleading to it for some few scraps of the time and money that it steals from you.
Thank you- I appreciate your kind remarks. I have made many of my own videos and uploaded those of others on some of the separate issues you have raised. However, this video is a response the GovHubonYT video by Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and a few other (jackasses in the House) advising us that government now has a Youtube channel. To that end I believe this video says all there is to say. :-)
Dr. Ron Paul congressman of Texas has been living under the pain and frustration for 30 years (in and out of service to his country via Congressional seat). He has finally been vindicated. These and many other video tributes to him and support of his tireless work are doing some good.
Very few have the guts to say 'ah I see the light and come forward'. Either way as long as people wake up that's all I care about.
It's a nice sentiment, but there's a shortcoming in your reasoning.
In the best case scenario, say that someone in power were to see this video, understand it and take your suggestions into consideration. He would then have to choose between two general types of actions:
Pissing off whatever lobbyist or corporate bigwigs donated to his campaign by refusing them the preferential treatment they paid him for;
or
Pissing off the tiny minority of people who have an elementary grasp of economics.
DID YOU KNOW that a provision of the Stimulus Bill would ORDER doctors to report ALL of their patents's medical activites to the Government. This is, I suppose, part of the CHANGE that the Obama was talking about. It is in the proposal, I hope it is throw out......
Congress will get there's! When their controller's take everything they have got too..maybe then they will wish they had a backbone to represent the people.
I only wish that were true... but I believe that Congress will only 'get theirs' on judgment day- their handlers put too much effort toward keeping their minions above the law, above the poverty line. If this weren't so, the banks would have been allowed to fail.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude more than the animating contest for freedom--go home from us in peace. Wasn't it you telling me that I WORRY TOO MUCH! lol I don't know if you were just joking but.. regardless. I thank you for bringing this awful bit of news to light.
I think he was born in the state of Hi. Their is allot of peope born in other countries that now live in the USA that are really good citizens here, There parents might be from here. They are productive and are good people. To me it is a non issue.
Of course, I don't think anyone desiring the facts (evidence) about where Obama was born implies foreigners are not good people, it's about the law and making sure our Constitution is obeyed. :-)
Nice one, Moon!

@anyusmoon1 Yes I have. He's one of the truest voices around these days. :-/

It IS evil.
olga2415 11 months ago

@pidner I am absolutely FOR term limits... these lifetime careers in politics are insanely antithetical to We the People who created a limited fed gov. It would astonish the average american to how little jurisdiction congress has over the lives of citizens.
No, diebold and systems like it have been as usurped as our education system has been by non-profit foundations.
Sadly, I believe that America as we knew it, when I was a child, is long gone and possibly irretrievable.
anyusmoon1 1 year ago
Totally agree, things are like night and day from say thirty years ago,and even then Washington was full of crooks.Alot of the blame is on us,I dont think the average citizen knows the power we have over the government,we are a force to be reckend with, like with guns, obohma had gun control plans, until he seen Americans heading for the gunshops just before he was elected, and our actions stopped his plans before he could get into office,we scared them to put it simply.

Regardless of the efficiency of YouTube chatter...as considered by the powers that be - critical mass will be attained - the majority will prevail.
Snowflake70 2 years ago
Thank you for the kudo's.
This may shock you but... I hope the majority won't prevail, as our country was built on laws, not men. In a republic the single individual is sovereign regardless of how badly the majority wants to strip him of it.
The original revolution had a mere 3% of the population behind it. The majority wanted no trouble with the king.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
Wonderful observation once again ! Do think they are teaching such a valuable lesson in our schools?
I sometimes wonder about those "minority rights" however. You did see Wag the Dog with Dustin Hoffman - and "special interests / corporations" are minorities too right? Where are "We the people" to draw the line in the sand pray tell?
Snowflake70 2 years ago
Yes, I saw Wag the Dog but it's been years.

"government criticized Ron Paul's support as [...] just those weird people on youtube"
Wow. You are so disenfranchised, aren't you?
Government:
1) Is a multiheaded beast. You have to be more specific about what head criticized RP -- I doubt any, about youtube.
2) Changes. The new govt is headed by liberals, who are decidedly more tech-hip than repubs. Obama, for example, ran using social media.
The ancient turn of the LAST century black and white effect works well: you're very out of touch.

directedchaos 2 years ago
Disagree! Pft..
There was no higher success rate than Ron Pauls rEVOLution on the net.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
"Out of 40 points no one can argue"
I could go on about the video, if your heart really desires it. But not many people are, even deep down, that intellectually masochistic.
Because really, this video is laughable. Obama and Bush are the same? You libertarians just lump everything you disagree with into the same category, ignoring HUGE issue differences!
Or claiming majority when you don't have it. Americans are split on what to do about immigration - including amnesty AND tighter borders
directedchaos 2 years ago
LOL @ masochistic! If you think anything you could say would be painful to me... the issue here is not sado-masochistic but rather a heady case of your ego being bigger than it ought to be.
Americans have two choices- Either they support what the Constitution says on the matter or they must move to amend it. Not fall asleep and allow congress that don't read bills they pass to change things surreptitiously.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
"Americans have two choices- Either they support what the Constitution says on the matter or they must move to amend it."
Yes?
"Not fall asleep and allow congress that don't read bills they pass to change things surreptitiously. "
That has been a problem, but you have to understand how hierarchical the modern legislative branch is now. The president sets the agenda, speakers set the procedures, committee heads write the bills, and the congressional mob votes along party lines for show.
directedchaos 2 years ago
Until the Constitution is completely shredded and thrown out I don't "have to understand" nor blindly accept 'agendas, procedures, bills, laws or any of the tyrants and traitors taking part in them. They are all void for being unconstitutional.
In fact it's my DUTY to defend the constitution.
Have you READ IT LATELY? You're snarky, snide attitude is b.s.- Make a video reply cuz I'm through typing what you ought to be speaking in video about.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
So, with this hierarchy in mind, don't blame congressmen for not reading the bills too closely. The exact wording gets hammered out in fairly private committee settings with input from key party leaders. It's like how we don't read contracts, but sign based on a good faith description by the person giving it to us, and our knowledge of other similar contracts.
And don't try to say you read every one, because you'd go crazy. Every time you download a software update, there's a new contract...
directedchaos 2 years ago
Put it in a video chaos! Tell the world you want to let government off the hook for reading bills because Americans don't read software licenses.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
"Put it in a video chaos! Tell the world you want to let government off the hook for reading bills because Americans don't read software licenses."
Maybe I will, because that requires quite a bit of explanation. The point is, you can't just throw 400+ people into a room and have them all write a bill together. A few key players write it, with a lot of editing, and the rest are just sort of updated twitter-like, giving only their likely vote as input.
directedchaos 2 years ago
You're justifications of unconstitutional, immoral and wholly 'statist' views are sickening. Ignorance on this scale is frightening and the fact that you comfort yourself by believing you are in a 'majority' ads insult to injury.
MAKE THE VID!
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
"the fact that you comfort yourself by believing you are in a 'majority' ads insult to injury."
Ah, here's the true fringe nut showing her colors: YOU DENY OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE!
Poll numbers SHOW how contentious immigration reform is. I cited some numbers, but all you can drag out is "ignorance [...] frightening [...] 'majority' [...] insult"
Dumb. As for statist views, LIBERALS WON. The economy collapsed under CONSERVATIVE economic values. It's time for, *cough*...
*CHANGE*
:P I know!
directedchaos 2 years ago
Obviously, they *should* read it, just as we *should* read all our software licenses and contracts and such.
But I'm trying to draw a distinction between good-faith beliefs about what's in the bill/contract, and sneaky snake oil salesmen who hide horrible stuff like wiretapping americans, torture, and unraveling habeas corpus.
In other words, the Patriot Act was a rushed con feeding on terrorism and most who signed it DIDN'T know about those things. That was HISTORIC.
directedchaos 2 years ago
Back up here- the software, service agreements probably read something to the affect that 'info will be made accessible by lawful governmental...' COURT ORDER IS A REQUIRMENT!
And that is what was ignored and now expunged 'conveniently' by owebama and boosh, ala the FISA Act
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
Of course, the problem is what exactly you mean by "amnesty" and the infamous poll wording issues. The best you can say is the country is split. For example, a recent AP-Ipsos survey showed 56% support for some kind of legal status, compared to 41% for none. Rounding up 11 million people is a serious issue -- entire illegal communities have blossomed.
So just blanket saying "WE" don't want amnesty is ignoring DEMOCRACY by grouping ME with YOU.
directedchaos 2 years ago
Here's a TIP directedchaos (chaos is the understatment)... WE don't HAVE a democracy! We have a Constitutional Republic! Mob Rule doesn't apply. Our immigration policies are fine as written but have been totally ignored for 50 or more years.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
"WE don't HAVE a democracy! We have a Constitutional Republic! Mob Rule doesn't apply"
Red herring much?
"Who ever said I was the only voice!?"
You did. @3:05
"You're not listening to us. We've told you no on amnesty. [...] We gave you money for the fence, build the frickin fence."
You're claiming, implicitly, that YOU ARE SPEAKING FOR THE PEOPLE, WHO HAVE UNITED DEMANDING NO AMNESTY AND YES ON THE FENCE.
Which is PATENTLY FALSE. The country is DIVIDED.
Plain and simple.
directedchaos 2 years ago
I am speaking for the Constitution! Which is We The People (WTP). The laws that are written have not been properly applied. One of the sole responsibilities of Fed is to oversee (protect) borders and immigration.
Congress/Senate being on YouTube when they don't even read the bills they pass is abhorrent.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
"I am speaking for the Constitution!"
More than that. You are speaking for your specific views on one specific issue, but claiming to be speaking for all voters.
@3:05

"Already addressed. "
I assume you're talking about 3:05.
If Mexica was like Canada, there'd be no problem.
directedchaos 2 years ago
Already addressed.
And yes... it's contentious, yet you come on here and ridicule me for my audacity to challenge government to spend the money they received on a project that was passed. What happened to the money? They took it to build it? Even if I disagree with the fence idea, that isn't the point- they didn't do what they said, with the money they got and offer no explanation.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
I'll give you a little break to think about if you want this continued. Here's a sneak peak: a list of very major policy differences between Obama and Bush, and further breakdown of the immigration problem and why it is contentious and you clearly NOT the only voice.
directedchaos 2 years ago
Owebama and Boosh voted for amnesty and for so many other terrible measures the distinctions between them are few.
Who ever said I was the only voice!? Make you're own flipping video.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
"Owebama and Boosh voted for amnesty."
Stimulus?
directedchaos 2 years ago
Owebama voted aye for every budget proposal to CONTINUE the IRaq war, that equals supporting the war.
Clearly more on 'my' side? If on a scale of 1 to 100 if I'm (for instance) on ZERO (tolerance of amnesty) and You are at 100 (% for amnesty) and bush is at 49, owebama is at 51. both a CLEARLY what they are, a 4 can't be a 5 and a 9 can't be a 1, but it doesn't mean they're far apart.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
"Owebama voted aye for every budget proposal to CONTINUE the IRaq war"
The problem REALLY is that the president still has the power to declare war without permission from congress. After that's done, and troops are in harm's way, at some level congress is *forced* to support it, or risk stranding troops without supplies -- for cripes sake, WE COULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM BODY ARMOR.
With a gun to their heads, dems voted to keep the funding, yes, until the very end. And now they're changing it...
directedchaos 2 years ago
Further proof you don't know a thing about your Constitution? Are you even an American?
Congress is the only body that can declare war- and, they can only make such declarations lasting 2 years and must reconvene to extend.
MAKE A VID I'm not going to keep typing replies to this crap over and over.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
"Congress is the only body that can declare war"
I see, so Iraq isn't a real war, since congress didn't declare it? Same with vietnam?
How about you explain that one to our god damn vets.
The FACT is that CONGRESS HASN'T DECLARED WAR SINCE WORLD WAR II.
You have some serious learning to do, missy fringe libertarian. Presidents can *EFFECTIVELY* declare war now. Moving troops and initiating combat with no end is very EFFECTIVE.
Enter the moral dilemma of not funding troops in harms way.
directedchaos 2 years ago
Already addressed.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
I think everyone here understands that the US is and has been involved in military action around the world at the command of the President. The issue is that our leaders are not following the rule of law, which I think you agree with judging from your other posts. Are you just arguing to be contentious or is there a point here? I'm a vet and I understand what Anyus is saying and agree 100%. BTW, I support the troops...it's the policy makers who put them in harm's way I have issues with.

killgreed 2 years ago
I feel our discussion has arrived at an impasse. You and I cannot have a productive discussion about religion or the Constitution, because we cannot agree on outside criteria for proof.
I would like you to know that I did enjoy the discussion such as it was. You've been a lot more constructive than most. If you ever want to know more about rational philosophy, the philosophy of personal and political freedom and anarcho-capitalism, then head on over to Freedomain Radio and join the conversation.
PanzerDivisionBOM 2 years ago
I respect that. However, before you go to far, please read or listen to 'The Law' by Frederic Bastiat.
I don't believe the spirit or spark of life is absolutely essential to every intellectual discussion about government but when it is so utterly intrinsic to the constitutional republic it cannot be avoided.
We derive our rights from our Creator- not from other men or kings. Maybe you would term it as 'natural' rights?
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
I would not term any religious or collectivist concept as "natural", because they are not derived from reality but rather from fiction. Other adjectives come to mind, though not all are appropriate for polite conversation and none of them flattering.
What I'm saying is that if you will not subject your truth value statements to logical and empirical testing, then there truly is no way for us to have a productive discussion. We might as well set two TV sets to talk at one another.
PanzerDivisionBOM 2 years ago
Im as anti-collectivist as they come and in fact not religious. I am spiritual (personal faith) more importantly though I don't agree w/everything the founders did, pertaining 2 constitution, still the facts of their influences cannot b denied.
My suggesting the Bastiat piece was an attempt to establish a vernacular both of us could be comfortable with, whilst discussing the political landscape of the U.S.
The 'collectivist' marxists have set out to destroy the individual (and his faith).
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
I don't feel as though I'm being listened to, though I don't feel that it's necessarily your fault. Maybe it's because I'm not being clear enough.
What I'm trying to say is that concepts derived from fiction are enormously destructive to any search for truth, in the same way that a landmine on a jogging route is enormously destructive to your ability to make progress along the route unless you identify and avoid it.
PanzerDivisionBOM 2 years ago
To continue on the same metaphor, making a distinction between "religion" and "spirituality", or one between "Constitutionalism" and "Collectivism", is like covering the mine with a blanket before stepping on it in the hope that it will go away.
"A common vernacular" does not necessarily help with the search for truth. During the middle ages, an enormous amount of time and energy was poured into a long-running scholastic debate, concerning whether or not the first human had a navel. Madness.
PanzerDivisionBOM 2 years ago
I've no confusion between capitalism and fascism. The equation goes something like this:
Capitalism + State meddling ("Statism") = Mercantilism = Tyranny
Within that framework, Dritte Reich-fascism fits neatly into the concept of Mercantilism, as does the modern, quasi-free market, albeit to a somewhat smaller degree. Are we in agreement on this point, at least?
PanzerDivisionBOM 2 years ago
Corporations + Federal/gov = (Corporatism) Fascism; Fed/gov (meddling+ with We The People aka WTP (via education, taxation, media etc) = Socialism; Fed/gov meddling with foreign countries = Empire building.
Fascism and Socialism work hand in hand.
A constitutional republic of, by and for WTP relied on WTP being self-governed (hence the bible reference made earlier).
The empire bldrs (NWO families) needed to 'kill' Christianity in the US in order to meddle with WTP.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
is inherently contradictory, and an invalid source of moral instruction.
PanzerDivisionBOM 2 years ago
The government we have today is not the government of these united States-
The multitudes of today are not the multitudes of when the government was first formed.
The principle text that inspired our original Constitutional Republic was the bible. Most if not all, We The People, at that time, had a bible in their homes. There was no separating the two.
Only the steady, deliberate dumbing down and removal of biblical principle could have made the fall of this country happen.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
Anarchy is not the answer. Nor is confusing true free market capitalism with fascism.

PanzerDivisionBOM 2 years ago

Yet, he still councils that the people marked by the conceptual label of "Government" be allowed to adhere to the exact opposite principle, attacking citizens for nonviolent actions, stealing their money under threats of imprisonment in
PanzerDivisionBOM 2 years ago

PanzerDivisionBOM 2 years ago
He is not anti-immigration he is FOR lawful immigration. Without a proper regard for immigration policy no country can survive. He has even changed his attitude toward the fence- I maintain that the money has been (allegedly) allotted for the fence to BUILD IT.
I fought McLame, Bush, Owebama & all the pro-amnesty crew long before the onset of the 08 presidential race. Paul's position was excellent,IMHO.
what specifically don't you agree with?
A country w/out borders is no country at all.

Is it hopeless then?
anyusmoon1 2 years ago

PanzerDivisionBOM 2 years ago
Agreed- my search of the 'root' causes include but are certainly not limited to:
1) The education system (see Norman Dodd interview on my channel).
2) Media- all lamestream media and now GOOGLE-ified YouTube.

Either way as long as people wake up that's all I care about.
anyusmoon1 2 years ago
It's a nice sentiment, but there's a shortcoming in your reasoning.
In the best case scenario, say that someone in power were to see this video, understand it and take your suggestions into consideration. He would then have to choose between two general types of actions:
Pissing off whatever lobbyist or corporate bigwigs donated to his campaign by refusing them the preferential treatment they paid him for;
or
Pissing off the tiny minority of people who have an elementary grasp of economics.

I totally agree. And even if we give ourselves the benefit of the doubt... the 'demolitions' were not prevented.
The whole thing is totally upside down, inside out and bassackwards.

I do not want a fence. A fence has always been designed to keep people in not keep people out.
Most everything else is correct.

DID YOU KNOW that a provision of the Stimulus Bill would ORDER doctors to report ALL of their patents's medical activites to the Government. This is, I suppose, part of the CHANGE that the Obama was talking about. It is in the proposal, I hope it is throw out......
oscar222555 3 years ago
Well... it wasn't thrown out. Not enough republicans in congress and the ones that are there have no balls. Arlen Specter to name one!
anyusmoon1 3 years ago
Congress will get there's! When their controller's take everything they have got too..maybe then they will wish they had a backbone to represent the people.
amerakita 3 years ago
I only wish that were true... but I believe that Congress will only 'get theirs' on judgment day- their handlers put too much effort toward keeping their minions above the law, above the poverty line. If this weren't so, the banks would have been allowed to fail.
anyusmoon1 3 years ago
You worry too much.

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude more than the animating contest for freedom--go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms.Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!" Samuel Adams

I think he was born in the state of Hi. Their is allot of peope born in other countries that now live in the USA that are really good citizens here, There parents might be from here. They are productive and are good people. To me it is a non issue.
cochisestronghold 3 years ago
Of course, I don't think anyone desiring the facts (evidence) about where Obama was born implies foreigners are not good people, it's about the law and making sure our Constitution is obeyed. :-)
