I know how the film makers made this bloody scene. They built the room upside down. Then they placed the video camera upside down to make it look like the blood ( which it's fake) to pour onto the ceiling. Then at 2:52 the film makers built the same room only right side up as well as the camera. But this time the pouring (fake) blood was edited in reverse.
