Theres no such thing as pro in doa prince.Its all skill they use those chararectors very well if you ask me.Its all about anticipating your oppents moves and knowing there fighting style.Technicaly just study basicly lol.

Doa sux so much compared to tekken or virtua fighter as a fighting system but I give em credit I think their stages and its flashiness is better.

Tekken and VF are for people who want technical fighters where they have to memorize 10+ input combos, fighters like Soul Cal and DOA are for more casual players. Tekken to DOA is like Call of Duty to Halo- a lot harder to master, and for a very different style of gamer.

@lynnandpete Lol I ended up randomly on this page on day a YEAR ago lol. This game is not a real fighter... and in the fighting community in general its reguarded extremely low. You can be skillful in any game. But this game is too much of a masher. One thing I give it though it was innovative for its time.

@masterscheme1 A masher? HAHAHAH!!!! This game takes so much freakin skill. Why is this considered extremely low? Street Fighter or Tekken isn't much better. They don't take as much skill. If this game is such a button masher then try it out for yourself. If you button mash you will get whipped and probably end up taunting or grabbing.

@lynnandpete lol I play almost every fighting game that comes out since street fighter 2. I'm now 29 and play fighting competitively. I lived in japan and owned DOA the first day it came out. I've played the others as well. But it simply was not meant to be a serious fighter. Virtua fighter is the highest most technical fighter EVER created. Tekken is a balance between fun, high technical skill, and fighting instincts. Street fighter is a fighting game based on reflex and good instinct.

@lynnandpete This game however, is not played anywhere, in arcades, competitively, almost no where, for a reason. No one respects it and the people who did play it moved on to significantly better fighers. It has skill to it like most fighters, hell even smash requires alot of skill, but no one except you and a handful of others still take this game seriously. If you don't believe me try picking up a few other fighters like MVC, Tekken, SSF4 and if you suck at those, your delusional about this.
