1) 9 times out of 10 a person who resists arrest puts up a fight when caught, and the biker didn't notice the cop tailing him so they assumed he was resisting. The cops are just looking out for their own safety.
2) You cant go to jail for filming a cop, its just now becoming illegal to not tell the cop you are filming, and the worst you can get is a fine. (it has happened to me, but i did not receive a fine because i told him i was filming)

1) 9 times out of 10 a person who resists arrest puts up a fight when caught, and the biker didn't notice the cop tailing him so they assumed he was resisting. The cops are just looking out for their own safety.
2) You cant go to jail for filming a cop, its just now becoming illegal to not tell the cop you are filming, and the worst you can get is a fine. (it has happened to me, but i did not receive a fine because i told him i was filming)

The guy on the motorcycle was driving like he stole it. He might be looking at 16 years for multiple counts of reckless driving. Look between 30 and 35 seconds into the video the guy pops a wheely at around 60 mph. After the wheely he is passing cars like they are on rewind. I have zero sympathy for this tool shed, and the cops were nice compared to what I have personally experienced.
