This is a great game but unusual for Lebron because he is not naturally a good outside shooter with a great touch. Kobe shooting comes more naturally. A game like this unfortunately will never happen again unless Wade gets injured, and Lebron's legacy even if he finishes with 6 rings will never be as impressive as if he stayed with Cleveland and was the main option. But I swear Lebron is better or at least more talented than Wade, I don't buy into "Lebron isn't even the best on his own team" BS.

Last year kobe scored: 460 pts on layups & dunks -- 572 pts INSIDE 10 ft -- 862 pts INSIDE 15 ft -- 439 pts on the FT line -- 669 pts OUTSIDE 15 ft.
That means that 1,301 (2/3...66%) of his total pts last year came INSIDE 15 ft or the FT line LOL!!

MJ has 2 seasons with over 100 3 Pointers made while Kobe has 7 seasons with over one hundred and all of them were more than MJ's. And in 2010, he made 99 3 Pointers so you could simply say he had a +6 on MJ in 3's. Maybe you should stop focusing on the % and start focusing on the attempts.

Kobe avg's 3.8 (almost 4) 3ptrs a game, MJ only avg'd 1.7, but go look at the games where MJ actually took at least 4 3ptrs. He has 147 career games like that & shot 319-743 (43%) in them. In '96 alone, he had 35 games with at least 4 3pt attempts, and shot 87-183 (48%) in them.
Now ask yourself: how can this be?
It's because as he shot MORE of 'em, he had more opportunities and started to MAKE more of 'em..

Again, because MJ didn't shoot that many of 'em, which GREATLY affected his %.
In Bird's 2nd thru 5th seasons, he didn't shoot many of 'em either, and it messed up his 3pt% in those seasons. He only shot a TOTAL of 276 of 'em in those seasons.
But in his 6th season (as he did in his 1st one), he took 100+ 3ptrs. And as his attempts rose, his opportunity to MAKE MORE of 'em rose..same with MJ.

Its a percentage, others like assists and rebounds have an average with no percent. It is all about skill. So lets see, do you need skill to Rebound? Yes, maybe a LITTLE, but you mainly need to be tall and strong. NOT OPINION. Shaq - 7'1, strong. Dwight - 6.11, strong. Kareem, 7'3, not as strong. Wilt - 7.1, strong. 3PT shooting is how good you shoot, which is a skill.
