  • How hard was it to install the 3.5# connector? Any vids of the process?

  • The SS guide rod works great have one in mine. I also tryed the recoil buffer and had tuns of FTFs as soon as i removed it no more problems.

  • You made a comment about made in the USA. You should buy the USA gun.

    Good video and upgrades.

  • @mantiscity Oh I have American made firearms as well. I have Rugers, Kimbers, Smith and Wessons, NAA's... etc etc. I just don't feel like you have to buy American to get a well built, affordable firearm. Thanks for the comment and for watching.

  • nice vid bro i enjoyed it

  • @JeriDro Thanks for taking the time to comment and for watching the video. Take care!

  • I updated the G27 with the bigger slide stop lever, wider slide lock, the extended mag release (filed down a little and stippled) and the smooth (vs. stepped) trigger. Am very happy with the mods, it would be easier if Glock did that as standard...

  • Have you noticed a noticeable reduction in recoil after installing the buffer pad?

  • how much were your upgrades..thx

  • I picked one of these up today. I really like it, but I was spoiled by the trigger I had on my sr9c. Gonna have to get used to the glock trigger pull

  • @NatePlaysMM Yea, no doubt the SR9 trigger is really sweet. I've done the 3.5 pound connector replacement to my Glock 23, but it still isn't as nice as the Ruger. Maybe an aluminum trigger replacement is in my future. Too bad they are all around 100 bucks. :(

  • i just got my (CPL) today and i had a gun on layaway in the gun shop so i went runing to finish paying it and they still didnt give to me they delaid me on the back round check they told me they would call me back in a few days has this ever hapend to any one?

  • @MrConramora Yeah, I have had it happen more than a few times. Usually for me, it happens when I have already purchased another firearm within a short time period, short being within 30 days. I know people with more common names (ie. John Smith) get delayed often as well, at least in Virginia. I am not sure how each state does their background checks. Longest I have ever waited for approval was a day or 2 before it got approved. Good Luck!

  • @MrConramora

If you decline to give your SSN, they may delay you.

  • @MrConramora In GA, possession of a CCP forgoes the need for a background check, at least in my experience.

  • @MrConramora longest ive waited for them to give me my gun was 10 mins :) good old NH

  • I just purchased my first 3rd gen 23 40 cal today. I'm a 1911 45 cal guy but I wanted a backup gun, and as reliability goes I kept hearing good things about the glocks. I'm subscribing. " I'm Gunna fucking throw up "LOL. watch mine too

  • how much did you spend for all your upgrade on your glock just wondering?

  • great review bro. i still cant choose between the G17 & G23 lol i love them both

  • @LPATRON19 I guess it really depends on 2 things. First do you want a Standard or Compact size, and second do you want 9mm or .40sw? Honestly, both are great choices and you can't go wrong with either. Thanks for watching and commenting.

  • @007JoeVitto i like 9mm but 40 is good to. i might just buy both bcuz im very picky -__- lol thanks bro

  • @LPATRON19 why not just get the g23 (.40 ) and buy the conversion barrel to 9mm.. best of both worlds !!

  • i love that crayon idea i think im going to do it

  • @zkl1995 Yeah, it works a lot better than you would think. Who knew crayon was so tough... lol. Hope it works out well for you. Thanks for watching!

  • awesome, did the change of the spring significantly reduce the weight?

  • @faisalwrf With the replacement of the recoil spring, it actually added a little weight. The stock spring is housed around a polymer rod, where as the spring I added has a stainless steel rod. However, the weight difference honestly isn't noticeable. Hope this helps, thanks for watching.

  • I like the white crayon idea. When you clean the gun, will it come off. Do you have to redo this often?

  • @Jo060 Honestly it holds up surprisingly well. It will need to be touched up from time to time, usually after a few cleanings. Thanks for watching.

  • @007JoeVitto hey man thats an awesome glock what gen is that?

  • @29twisted Gen 3... Thanks for watching!

  • this guy is to advanced

  • @therawreport1 LOL.... I think this was sarcasm, but its all good. Thanks for watching!

  • Great video! I like the changes you made. Glad to see the safety checks too!

  • @geekmp3 Yeah, I am not a fan of shooting myself or anyone else for that matter... Thanks for commenting and for watching!

  • ★★★★★

  • @MadBadVoodo Thank you sir!

  • Great video! Nice to see what upgrades are available. I whited the engraved markings on my G23, but I used white nail polish. It really turned out sharp! The lettering really pops. If you want to hear how I did the nail polish whiting, let me know. Take care!

  • So glad i bought this gun

  • "does the glock need it hyymmmmmm! Opinions!" hahaha, I like the outlook.

BTW how well do you feel the factory night sights function?

  • @THarrisson haha, thanks! The stock night sights are good, they are pretty bright. I think the XS sights are better personally (as far as "battle" sights go), but I didn't feel that the stock sights needed changing, I am pretty happy with them. I like the newer sights they are using over the older Trudot sights.

  • @007JoeVitto Hi joe i subbed and BTW can you message me about what parts of G23 you have? cuz i got a g21 and its an old style its gen 4 but i like your g23 slide! can you message me about all the parts of your G23 i wanna mod my G21 Thanks.

  • Great vid I've been thinking of getting a Glock they just are awesome a friend of mine has one G17 1st gen such a nice gun. handles well all shapes, sizes and calibers and after that vid Im sold.

  • @balow23 I've had a lot of luck with my Glocks. It was the first handgun I bought, so i am little bios, but you get a lot of gun for the money, and they are rock solid. I hope if you get one you have as good of luck as I have had. Thanks for the comment and for watching! Take care.

  • Really enjoyed the video. I want to do the white crayon inlay but does it melt off when firing? If anyone has a response it would be appreciated.

  • @metalliklok Honestly, it holds up pretty well. The slide doesn't get too overly hot, at last for the amount of shooting I typically do, like 100-200 rds when I go shooting. I have noticed that it seems to wear off from rubbing the holster, and will require a little touch up every now and thing. Thanks for your kind words and for watching.

  • My next two guns... G21 and G23... I've got the G26 and 17. Nice vid!

  • @WilliamMorgan32 Very nice choices!!! Thanks for watching.

  • just did the crayon thing....awesome man XD

  • @usmc2076 Yeah, it dresses it up nicely. Thanks for watching and sharing your comment!

  • @007JoeVitto G.L.O.CK. equals great lethal consistent offensive killer

  • @usmc2076 nail paint is way better, btw nice gun

  • @whitestang99 ITS GREAT

  • Is there any drawback to having a steel guide rod?

  • @301hachi Not really in my opinion. I guess weight might be one complaint, but its not noticeable and I feel it does help with recoil on the .40 a little. It may also void the factory warranty if it somehow causes damage to the firearm. Thanks for watching and commenting.

  • No decocker. Just dry fire. Try not to hit someone..haha

  • is there anyway you can decock a glock? from what ive heard online, the only way is to unload magazine and pull back the slide and fire..is this true

  • @azn1980 You are correct. No decocking with the Glock Action if there is a round in the chamber.

  • Thanks alot I might be only twelve but I have a glock 23 and what ammo do u use

  • @777BedHead777 For target shooting I use basic white box, using Winchester or Fed. My defensive load is usually a Cor-Bon DPX 140 Gr. Thanks for watching.

  • great vid

  • you do have a sick setup though.Nice shit dude!thanks for the video!

  • guys really lol were coloring our glocks now!what are we 7?lol too funny.see that in a movie too?its pride to color.Lol

  • @jrg10332 Well, I tried finger paint, but damn it, it wouldn't stick.

  • what did all the modifications cost? Thanks

  • @cedric1671 I dont recall actual prices, I wanna say like $60-$75.

  • I bought a glock 23, last week I 'm in love with this gun & i about to trade my carry gun a Kimber ultra carry II for another Glock. Do u think that is a smart move?

  • @macaw4265 Honestly, the deal would have to be "really" in your favor. Price different on the Ultra Carry II's and Glocks are quite different.

  • i have one of them buffers it just seam too throw everything off.useing 180 gr will try it a couple more times with it.

  • @goohiobuckeyes Really? I have gone through 2 of them and haven't had any issues with either of them. I hope you can get yours sorted out. Thanks for watching.

  • @goohiobuckeyes The Buffer I has is from Wilson Combat and I have gone through a couple of them and have never had any issues with the.

  • Just got one of these exact ones, a 23 40 cal gen3 yesterday. I love it. Thanks for the video!

  • @sqhschief Enjoy! Thanks for watching.

  • i have the Gen4 of this gun and for my lettering instead of crayon that wears off i got some White laquer paint like for model airplanes and a thin brush, painted them in and wiped off the excess with a cotton ball dampend with rubbing alcohol, looks the exact same and doesnt wear away

  • @Chadb89 Chad that sounds like a pretty solid idea, I might have to try that. Thanks for the recommendation!

  • @007JoeVitto Sure man no problem

  • are u a officer of the law? I am a new owner of 2 45. M1911 beutifull twins and my glock is a custom carbon fiber top

  • Nice pistol..i love Glocks..now if they would add a loaded chamber indicator like the XD that would really put it over the top..my eyes are getting bad and this feature would help out in low light.

  • @xlasvegan7x Glock, or at least the 3rd gen g23 does have a loaded chamber indicator.

  • @lexmark136 that's just great..now I'm compelled to buy myself one for Xmas..thanks for the info..lol

  • @xlasvegan7x hah no prob, I should be getting mine about the same time, can't wait!

  • I made my lettering red white and blue on my 19. it looks pretty brutal :)

  • @Gunfreak513 That sounds pretty sweet man. I never even thought about doing other colors. I wasn't sure how well darker colors would show up. But I bet it looks pretty bad ass. Thanks for watching.

  • hi how can i buy this glock 23 at pakistan plz help me i like this gun too much

  • @zoonypk Honestly, I have no idea. I am not sure how the gun law work in Pakistan. I am not sure if the Glock 23 is available there or not. I am sorry I can not be of more help. Good lucka and thanks for watching.

  • NOW THAT YOU HAVE THAT DO YOU WANT THE RTF ONE INSTEAD I CANT CHOOSE BETWEEN THE RTF AND STANDERD

  • @miltnxc123 I honestly haven't had a chance to really handle the Rough Textured Frame (RTF) enough to say. In my short dealings with it, it does appear to have more grip. Hopefully I can get some trigger time on some and see how I like it. Thanks for watching.

  • @miltnxc123 The RTF is awesome man! I have one! It's in my vids. I will have a shooting vid up soon! But if you want you can check out my opening video of it!

  • thank for taking the time to post good info

  • Pretty basic mods. But pretty much a must have for all glock owners.

  • @2damaxmr2 Yeah, they are pretty basic, thats why I titled the video "easy" upgrades" Just some simple stuff that I found to work well for me. Thanks for watching.

  • An excellent video. I've applied a few of these mods already to my glock 32. You might try a 357 barrel... a very nice round.

  • love the videos... keep filming :)

    extended lugs $60 shipped

  • left handed good job. good idea

  • @zincmelt Thanks, its proven to be pretty useful. Thanks for watching.

  • How much did you pay for the parts?

  • @taurken Honestly I don't recall off the top of my head. However I recently put similar upgrades on my 27, minus the guide rod and buff and that order was about $65 plus shipping. If you would like to know the actual prices I could look them up and send you a pm. Thanks for watching.

  • i dont want one...I NEED ONE!

  • @jawbreaker480 You should get one Jawbreaker, I don't think you will be disappointed. Thanks for watching.

  • @CorvetteKillingDSM Thanks man, I can't really take credit for that idea. I saw a couple other guys here on youtube go it, so I thought Id try it out. Works pretty good, and even stays on after shooting. Thanks for watching.
