because u need 2 do it in 150, mirror or 100(loose terrain such as N64 Frappe snowland or SNES Choco Island 2)

blue shell dodging is ridiculously easy on 150cc, i have a 100% success rate if it i dont get hit by a red shell just before it.

yes dangle any item other than fake box behind you. or turn a sharp corner.

That's what I've been doing all the time. Unfortunately, you won't be able to outrun the red shell like in "Mario Kart: Super Circuit".

just hold the item button when you have a fake box or a banana peel. It will block the red shell

I've dodged a blue shell on 100c on moo moo farm in the BLS

No way. That's impossible, because I tried it before and it didn't work. Maybe you jumped off the hill when you dodged a blue shell. That's the only explanation I could think of. But other than that, N64 Moo Moo Farm course is not loose on 100cc.

Cheep Cheep Beach - Easy; anywhere, except for the brown and board roads

Luigi's Mansion - Hard; limited roads: mud

Desert Hills - Very hard, because of the hills; anywhere

DK Pass - Very hard, because of the hills and snowmans; limited roads: snow

Mario Circuit - Very hard; limited roads: sand

N64 Frappe Snowland - Very easy; anywhere

SNES Koopa Beach 2 - Medium to hard; limited roads: water

SNES Choco Island 2 - Easy; anywhere

Its not only possible to do it on ds and those cups, ive done it on GC and made it, i havent been hit with one for like a year on any cup

Literally, you can't dodge the blue shells on class 100cc, unless you're in certain courses. I've tried it and it didn't work. However, there's a slim chance that you'll be able to dodge blue shells on class 100cc in Frappe Snowland and Choco Island courses.
