I have used Spring Charts since 2007. I was highly satisfied until I began having problems with it inaccurately recording prescriptions in April. It is still not resolved and the company has done nothing to solve the problem. They ignored so many of my calls and emails that I thought they went out of business.
One of their resellers helped me get into contact with their CEO a month ago. He promised action, but it's been a month and he won't answer my emails.
