Great video, I think your pointers here are very valid and very much inline with what I tell our customers. There is no need to be a proud starving artist. Be proud making money doing what you love :)
Thank you so much for your helpful information ^_^ I just decided to do jewelry ^_^ You inspired me! ^_^ And I think it helps for everybody who decided to make jewelry ^_^ Can you show video about your jewelry collection? ^_^ And can you show what you did? ^_^ This earrings look so cute ^_^
Thank you so much for this video. I used to make jewelry--and hardly ever made any money. I usually just gave the jewelry away. Now, I understand that I under valued my time and designs. There are pieces that I wish I had still had, so I could wear them myself. Hugs,~Moonchime
@Moonchimes Sorry to hear you stopped making jewelry. Well hopefully now you will consider getting back into it. If you have the gift don't let you creativity sit. Glad this video was of help. Be inspired! :)
I watched this again and realized that I did the same thing u said about someones jewelry being cheap but under valuing herself vs the expensive jewelry and the ladies trying stuff on, I was at a craft show and went through the same thing
Wow this is incredibly informative. I've been selling jewelry for just about a year now and I've never had this discussion with anyone. You're amazing for sharing this and I'm sure it will help a lot of people. My goal for summer 2011 is to do branch out more to my local market. So excited! Thanks for the info!
Hey! Awesome video, this came on time for me... I starting to make pieces and was wondering what was best. I do have a questions... or a request ;): Marketing, promotion and building your customer base... any tips or experience, that would be awesome! :)
