the viewpoint of the being speaking is that of 'inspiring competition' here, in the sense that 'excellence is born of conflict and suffering'. excellence is not suffering in the first place.. that is peace and love reality.. we cannot truly say that this 2nd described reality is 'less fun' than option 1 since option 2 has never manifested here on this planet as far as recorded history shows.
I understand what she says, but not completely...my mother tongue isn't English, so probably that's why. Could someone explain to me short & simple the reason why children get abused and what the meaning of it is? Thank you :)
