Oh I see what you mean. It's too loud compared to the rest of your drums. Well you should try muffling your floor tom then. Get some moongel or some o rings, they'll do wonders for you.

Still, if it's really out of tune there's no muffling that'll make it sound right, you gotta learn how to tune it, it's not THAT hard. Try looking for a tutorial on how to tune your drums here on youtube.
