To all the people who think this is funny/silly: A very important thing to understand about this film is that all through the history of Idi's rule he plays up to his plebeian (poor/common people) background to be a populist... he acts like a "traditional country man from the bush". Stalin and Gaddafi did the same thing, in order to justify power. It would be like the USA having a president who went to college or was a professional but talks like a poor working class country bumpkin.
