Very sad. So, she might have been married at one time. It said she had a mark on her left ring finger (the finger where you wear your engagement/wedding ring). So sad. I hope she will have closure one day. God bless. RIP, Campbell County "Jane Doe".

The first victim was not Black, she was Hispanic. There is a possibility, according to the news articles on the first victim, that her male companion killed her.
