looks like they're at an AA meating or maybe anger management. I would think AA since there is a beer can in the video. some people get angry when they drink. "Seeing Red" can be caused by many differing things. the guy tapping made the old dude angry etc. but all in all it comes back to seeing red and loosing control.

for those of you who don't know, "Seeing Red" is a play on words simply meaning one becomes Extremely Angry....as oppose to Actually Seeing red through ones eyes. Ex. The bull gets Angry when it sees Red...not that the bull SEES RED lol
