  • @DisWldFrk90, oh I will "helicopter" my kids as much as I can to prevent this from happening. The world we live in, u can't trust ur neighbors. So ill keep "helicopreing" my kids as much as I can. U can go a head and let ur kids walk alone, have sleepovers etc...is a free country.

  • I mean the victims parents for letting her walk alone! I just don't get in my mind why parents let their kids leave the house alone. Are people blind? We live in a evil world!. Children are not safe anywhere.

  • @kween410 This is actually quite rare. A child is much more likely to get into a car accident with their parents than to get abducted and even less likely to get abducted by a complete stranger. What happened to Jaycee is so rare she even talks in her book about how she had to tell herself not to worry about the girls even though it happened to her. Not saying a parent should let their kid do whatever they want, but helicoptering over them doesn't help at all.

  • Pictures r disturbingly creepy

  • why the hell do they keep zooming up on phil and those other creepy faces.....i pissed my pants like 50 times :P

  • Creepy Keith Morrison

  • KY I personally don't know the level that Jaycee and Terri have involved the girls....I do know that there will be no visitation with the girls and Phillip or Nancy....that is certain..other than a free flow on info I am not certain...

  • does angel and starlite know now, their mother was raped and kidnapped? or does jaycee not want them to have ill feelings toward their dad?

  • @kyblondie83 They know. She talks about in her book about how she told them the night they were discovered and were going to see her mom (their grandma) the next day. According to her they didn't even appear to be surprised. According to her "They knew their dad was strange."

  • @kyblondie83 they know she told them that night she was rescued

  • I would blame nobody but the rapist and the parents.

  • @kween410 I don't know about this guys parents, but I wouldn't always blame the parents. Some rapists have really great parents they just did not abide by what they were taught.

  • I would say put a bullet right between this psycho's eyes...but thats not enough justice.

  • If someone is guilty of a sex offense&they are not put to death, "sex offender" should be tattooed or branded on their forehead or something to that effect so that everyone knows. One might argue that this is abusive towards a person, but did that person ever think of the consequences of their actions? When one person commits a sexual crime against another person, not only is the act itself traumatic, but that incident usually affects all other areas of the victim's life for many, many years.

  • The system failed Jaycee Dugard and it makes me sick!!! I saw the interview with Diane Sawyer and it disgusted me that the ABC wanted answers and yet the ones that signed the paperwork and let Garrido slip through the cracks refused to answer them.. such COWARDS!!! God forbid they answer the questions that let that sick freak out in the public..well, except for that lil' ole lady that was watering her yard...who then blamed it on the system. At what point do we take matters in to our own hands?

  • I am a God fearing man. I know ALL of us sin; we're supposed to forgive this man AND his wicked wife; I just don't know that I could stop the veteran and the daddy from the wrath of vengence I would unleash on this type of person. Some people let their faith give them the strength to forgive, but I believe my faith is enlisted in the Lord's army and I'd prolly show men with evil in their heart a glimpse of the wrath of God!!!

  • That is so scary. I'm 14 years old and i live only 2 small cities away from Antioch

  • She was kidnapped in 1991, the year I was born. It is just horrible to think that all these years, all these fine memories I have growing up, there was a little innocent girl living a nightmare.

  • LOL, to all the people saying it was Law Enforcements fault, it was a police man that caught him the first time. The legal system let this man out!

  • i was born a year after jaycee was kidnapped....scary ;(

  • The media really cashed in off of this tragedy.

  • One word to describe these police "NEGLIGENCE"!!!

  • Damn he was 6'4! woah I want to say that Jaycee was weak and that she must have had numerous opportunities to escape but... we dont know the psychological issues she was facing as a result of rape. Maybe she didnt want to be rescued.

  • They do not sound alike. If I heard their voices I could tell them apart easily.

  • Keith is the best narrator ever!

  • @TSMSOM....you are not...read way way back....They both are smooth as silk..I have never met Morgan Freeman...He is on my "Bucket List" of meets....thanks for the comment...BTW in case you missed it 2 major announcements on this case...1 phillip got 431 years consecutively...and Jaycee is giving her first "adult" interview on ABC Diane Sawyer Special July 10th 2011....Tune in to your local ABC affiliate...

  • I cant believe im the only person that thinks keith morrison and morgan freeman sounds alike

  • That lazy deputy should be put to jail for life.

  • @bubba...He is one of the best ....absolutely

  • keith morrison is best!!!

his voice is so sexy and such a good speaker!

love his tones of voice haha.

  • I'm from the Bay Area and Antioch is a shit hole, foreclosed homes and section 8, just a horrible place to live.

  • I am from Antioch, CA, and this story is the city's shame. And indeed, growing up here, I've seen a lot of creepy-looking middle-aged guys.

  • Is anyone asking this girl if she tried to escape? You can't find one time to run out of the house in 18 years?.......

    I'm just sayin

  • @iceman8067 i'm pretty sure i heard somehwere that she had been there for so long and at such a young age that she started to believe everything the kidnapper told her was true. that she he was her father and that that was her home

  • @illjustleavethen

She was 11 years old when she was taken.

Eleven. That's almost Jr. High School

Let's all just close our eyes and think back to when we were 11. I sure remember it well. I bet she does too. In fact, she and I were born the same year.

I hate to say it, but ladies, this is why guys are number 1.

There is not one mentally stable 11 year old boy who wouldn't have escaped at the first chance he got.

This chick was weak, and scared. I feel for her, but she could have escaped.

  • is he trying to get the deputy who fucked up to kill himself??? Keith Morrison creeps me out, which is precisely why he's so good on these sorts of stories

  • My fucking god is Keith Morrison the best narrator in the fucking world or what?

  • @SilverStateMan

No he's not. He's a creepy old man that talks about true crime as if it were a fucking fairy tale.

  • So many mistakes, so many people having moments of questioning the psycho but didn't want to get involved. It had to be someone visiting a neighbor who would have enough sense/guts/intuition to say something. But the officer is supposed to be trained isn't he more than the average neighbor? Why didn't he check? So many mistakes.

  • Im telling u now from the experince i have ,She waz there for a reason printing those missing girls papers ,I fonly there waz a better way ,Have a look on my website u will understand then

  • They should have to have it tagged on the front of their house "Known Child Molester on premises" Tag the house right out in the open!!

  • OmG why did that idiot deputy not do a search? I'm not even a cop and I would know to do that. Even if he was innocent. I love how these people observed this freak and let it slide.!! What the hell is wrong with us these days?

  • @simcitymoviecritic First thank you for your comment....Please watch all parts...and finally view the "RAW" video before NBC/Universal chopped it up......If you look closely you will notice the deep foilage surrounding the "hidden" compound in the backyard...Thanks again for your interest....please contact your Congressman/woman and demand that sex laws in your state be changed so that these types of ppl never, ever see the light of day again....they are simply unrehabilitated....

  • @simcitymoviecritic Monsters should have their houses Tagged!!! For everyone to read!!! "Known Child Molester on property"

  • Actually pedohiles shoulde either be jailed for life or better yet executed.

  • This is true. This whole case is so surreal.

  • @simcitymoviecritic The truth is the sex registry is so over-packed now that law enforcement is spending much of their time watching many low-risk/non-violent offenders while allowing the real predators do what they want.

  • where are the first 3 parts?
