Just practice. Get Photoshop. I would advise that for starting of, you try to draw a face. Dont try to draw an actual face, just make it from your imagination, and try to enjoy it. If you enjoy it, its more likely to come out good looking. I wish I could have done this for my art exams too, it would have been unique, and stood out, I only got into it in recent months.
wow....how did you learn to do that? Did you teach yourself? Cuz im 17, and im upset that i havent learned anything like this, well i mean im taking a class on graphic design for 3 hours a day next year, but i would love to learn how to do things like that. Howd you do it?
Note - This image took 2 hours 17 minutes to draw. So with practice, there is no reason you would not be able to do something like this in your graphic design class.

Was just inspired by a selection of differernt interests.
FFX - Sin appearing out of the water = Water Manipulation into a Sphere
Phoenix - X-Men
and just added them together into a Landscape.

Not bad man. I think you can probably land a job doing this kind of stuff. Be great on a resume. Keep up the good stuff.
