WTG Mr. McGovern. I voted for you against Nixon. Matter of fact, I had just turned old enough to vote back then so you were the first candidate I ever voted for. Its refreshing to see a party come together and rally behind a leader such as Barack Obama. And after the primary is all over with, I hope that Barack considers Hillary for the post of Secretary of State. She would fit that position very nicely. But dont get me wrong. I AM a true-blue Obama voter and supporter. The party rallys together
I'm only 25 but learning about what George McGovern stood for in 1972 makes me wonder about how much better our country could have been had he won. I am happy and proud that he is supporting Barack Obama.
