I love your recipe shows...I think your tiny kitchen ROCKS! I lived in an RV and thought i had to be in a "real" kitchen before i could do things.. I'm inspired! The only critique i would have is Kevin's dialogue and questions. I find it distracting...I just discovered you and i am watching and trying recipes as i go along..Suggestion...Show us a meal that you made and give us the recipes...
Like whole meal..appetizer, main dish and dessert...
this recipe really rocks - we stuffed some squash with it and it made a fabulous fall meal. we love all the shows (recipes and otherwise) you guys do and watch them all.
I haven't been tuning in because I moved around alot this summer, didn't have access to the computer , like to watch when I can earmark videos for later :) I know alot of people who moved this summer, which is not to say they all watch the show and that's why viewership was down, but I think probably it's natural for the numbers to fluctuate and summer is often a busy time where people aren't on the computer alot. I love that you do more than dessert! keep it up! thanks for your efforts
I love the recipe shows and would appreciate more of them. Even though I enjoy and watch the dessert videos, I never make the desserts, only the healthy recipes. Annmarie is so relatable and friendly. She is the first person who has shown me that raw food is attainable in everyday life without a state-of-the-art kitchen. Another nice side-effect of the small RV kitchen is that I haven't seen you use a dehydrator in a while. More (healthy) recipes and more Annmarie, please!
yoohoo...i love your healthy options...lol...hmmmm, but i do love the deserts yummmm. just keep doing what you are doing....its awesome. and your kitchen is a fine kitchen. when there is love in a kitchen its a perfect kitchen.
I'm really happy that you are posting nutritious and delicious every day food. One reason why the 'sweets' are viewed more often is it is a great transition food. You can bring it to a family dinner or an outing. It is a treat and something to try if you are just wondering what this natural stuff is all about. So it is a good sign. That is how I started. I played with the raw/vegan desserts to check and see if the flavors were something I could live with and enjoy.
Oh my goodness, Annmarie! This recipe looks absolutely awesome! It's Thanksgiving in Canada this weekend. Even though I now live is the US, our family still celebrates. I will definitely be making this recipe! Know any good recipes for applesauce?
I prefer the healthier recipes keep them coming! Those dessert ones are nice, but I feel they aren't "practical" because I wouldn't use them very often! I would love to see more holiday favorites made raw (and I'm not just talking about desserts)! Maybe more dinner recipes for the holidays! I'm going to make this one this year! :)
I think this recipe sounds yummy. I get sick of dessert recipes especially because they involve a lot of ingredients I can't find at my local grocery store... and of course, one cannot live off dessert. Raw food desserts are NOT guilt-free when you live on them!
some of your healthier things just dont seem that tasty. i realize that this is probably just a personal taste bud thing though. keep them coming, even when i dont want to make your recipes, i get good ideas from them!
The reason I ask is because I have rosacea and my son has psoriases in his nails and for what I understand it is related to a poor stomach acid, which doesn't help with digestion..My husband also has a kidney condition so I'm searching for helpful solutions...Thanks again.
Thank you very much for this awesome video..I'm learning so much from you guys..
I have a question... What is your opinion on the waterlife drops? Is it good to use or it doesn't really make any difference?..Or is it a pure flat lie that it does change the acidic water into alkaline water?I like to know you opinion..Than you very much.
I watch your In The Kitchen videos each and every week and appreciate each one! I've made SO MANY of your recipes and they're in my "Favortes" ring binder.
The Sprouted Lentil Salad you showed a few weeks back is now my #1 favorite recipe and I make it every week! So delicious and the steamed lentils give me something I feel I was missing.
O ya and Iv dropped processed foods! again ur healthy recipes are great I just think maybe people just arent in the right mind set to go raw. My mother is also a really picky eater and so am I in a way.
maybe u guys should do a video just getting people pumped about raw foods again, or do a one week raw food challenge where people can join in. lol I think raw food is still new to alot of people and it takes some people longer to fully join in.
I think alot of people arent 100% raw and raw food desserts tend to sound like a better option than non raw food desserts.
I know I personally have been struggling with enjoying raw veggie dishes. im 20 years old and I was raised on mid west cooking. meat, buttery salty foods. so making the transition is difficult. I now eat alot better. Im vegetarian I still eat cooked food but I make sure to have loads of raw fruits and veggies throughout the day. maybe other people are in the same boat?
@daniellezavala1 I am in the exact same boat. I was raised on some really greasy dished, microwaved burritos, sloppy joes, fast food, and hot pockets. I eat so much healthier now, but I also have to as I no longer have a gallbladder as I had it removed because of gallstones 2 years ago. I can't digest oil or fat like I used to, and have been a vegetarian for about a year now. No fish either. :) I am 26 years old, and my highest weight loss was 102 pounds, gained some back, but working on it now.
Looks delicious! Your cat looks exactly like my Charlie, vocal too lol. Bet your recipe would taste great in a spooned out, steamed sweet potato and then extra sweet potato on the side. Yum!
I love your recipe shows..always look forward to them. I'm just getting into raw food and would love more recipes with few and easy to find ingredients (as the one you just filmed)..which would make it an easier transition for someone like me. I'm really only hoping to get 50-60% raw at this point..it takes some getting used to. Thank you
Go with your instincts and forget the ratings! We trust you, love the savoury foods and watch you guys as you're kind enough to share your knowledge of health and fitness with us. AnneMarie has wonderful ideas and gives us a good variety. You have a great formular and are sooooo inspiring. I'll be using this recipe for christmas (and testing it out before hand ofcourse). Do you have a recipe book out yet?
Go with your heart and post what feels good - I watch all your shows and they are very inspirational! All the recipes are good and the kitchen is fine. Anne Marie lovely as always.
Annmarie I've made more of your recipes than any from the books I've bought since being raw, I have quite a little network of people here now consuming your delicious apple almond ginger breakfast 'cereal', slurp, slurp....It's hard to beat mom's but this raw stuffing looks so scrumptious, thank you!
I don't know if this is true for others but the only olive recipes I've encountered were with overly salted, processed olives - maybe that's what has kept some people from checking it out. I should know better from you two. Anyway, just wanted to express my gratitude for all the good advice and alternate viewpoints. You both are part of what's making me healthier day by day!!
Thanks so much for all you do.
ps - I've never been too into desserts so your other recipes are what matter to me.
Emory-- Your kitchen is fantastic--please don't think any less of it! You cook very delicious, awesome food in there to feed the body and soul! We love you guys :)
FWIW, I'm actually super impressed that you have a small kitchen. I think "if Annmarie can prepare raw food in an RV, anyone can do it anywhere" I can't complain about my small kitchen when you are in an RV! Seriously! I know your home kitchen is small too, but it is so inspiring to see what you guys can create there- or on the road- I remember a few episodes from your sister's basement or something? I love that, it is real-world, and helps us as viewers see "I can do that too!" :)
Yes, please keep the healthy recipes! When I want to make a raw dessert, there are lots of fun and delicious options out there, but I struggle more with what to EAT day to day, for "real" food :) Actual meals, not just desserts. And it seems like good ideas for that kind of food is hard to find. Lots of salads, and dressings, but you guys go beyond that, thank you. I love your videos, they are simple and always inspiring. And, I actually find things to eat, yay!

I am always looking for new, good "dinner" recipes for everyday.
It is very easy to find "sweet good" recipes for raw food...much harder to find recipes for everyday.
ps: I would love some winter sqash recipes!
For example: what about spaghetti squash?
Thank you both for all you do!

I think red tea does not have any caffeine. You could make a tea out of the various chai spices (cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves). Yummmm
