I doubt Nickasaur! stole the lyrics. Usually when a band wants to use lyrics that are in another bands' song, they ask that band for permission to use the lyrics. Also sometimes the band will alter the lyrics a bit so they're not exactly the same. If Nickasaur! HAD stolen the lyrics, he'd be in deep shit by now considering this song was posted nearly two years ago.
