This is because all speedometers have to have an offset of around 5 %. It's not an error. Every car's speedometer HAS to show a bit more (usually 5-10 %) than the actual speed you are going with. Apparently, the on-board computer doesn't have that offset and shows the precise speed, in this case, 96 km/h. This also tells you, that your speedometer has an offset of 4 %.

Eu, personal, cred ca nu e o eroare.
Vitezometrul TREBUIE sa aiba o marja de eroare (5-8% daca nu ma insel) iar viteza reala e afisata in dreapta, adica 96 km/h :)
