Is this supposed to be the guzheng version of the hulusi piece "Bamboo under the Moonlight"?

(I'm not sure if it's that's what the piece is called. Videos of the hulusi version on this site say "Romance Under the Moonlight", "Pheonix-Tail Bamboo Under the Moon", and so many other different names that I'm now confused about the song's original name.)
