Haha. I've been swing dancing for over 7 years. & I could see how you might think that, they are doing a shuffle left to right, but after each turn, to remain in step & time, both dancers are supposed to be on the rock step. They appear to being doing the rock step whenever it's conveinet. Yes, the turns are swing, but what turns aren't swing or ballroom for that matter? Maybe I'm just picky, but they seem to be doing alot of bouncing. It's a cool novelty thing, but it's not exactly correct..
They are dancing something called "folkeswing" or folk swing in english, which is a combination of swing dance and folk dance. I'd say its probably more similar to rock'n'roll. There are not exactly any basic steps for the guy like rock step in west coast or similar American versions, as long as you put your feet where it fits with the music it's correct. Rather than step counting this type of swing is built on balance, and the bouncing part is one of the major parts of this type of swing dance.
This is cool, but it's not swing. The music is swing. They are dancing what look to be a two step of sorts...
