This is quite easy to fake. A miracle is something which is impossible to fake.

All you need is arabic stencils and a UV lamp. Then you get arabic script tan lines.

then it would not attract the medial like Reuters.they suppose to suspect it as Dermatographic urticaria. further more baby's skin verse lasts for few days if it is possible in Dermatographic urticaria.
