Well, I haven't gone to Ragnarok in about three years, and I didn't really enjoy myself when I went. This ad was used for a college TV station, which isn't airing anymore.
ogunshi, you are slightly wrong there. In the game, you have to play your role as a fantasy character. That means dying realisticly, referring to eachother as fantasy names and being fantasy-y. So, technically, you are roleplaying your character.

It is a good ad, but I have to disagree on one small point. There is no roleplaying in it. It is a combat sport group.

According to that then WWE and SCA are LARPs as well. Sadly I know a LOT od people who claim that neither of those two things are LARPs.
