I have the same engine in my 93' Nissan hardbody, and occasionally after driving at slow speeds, the engine makes a "ticking" sound, and although it has plenty of oil, i cant figure our what the problem is.
just wondering if you ever had any problems with starting on your truck... on my 91 hardbody i switched the engine to a newer ka24e and now when it starts it floods sometimes and has trouble starting and you have to push the gas.... we have the timming swapped injectors and cylinderical thing on the fuel rail and bought a new fuel relay fuse... it starts every time now but it starts badly and stalls if you dont rev it

When you say 'threw' it on there, you actually meant it. The things holding on by a bit of wire lol!
Someone I know used string, but what happens when exhausts get hot... :P
