You are right on! But God does heal but not by some preacher. I was healed of sclerosis of the liver because I had hemochromotosis. I did't send any money to anyone. I ask my Christian friends to pray and it was confirmed by my surgeon. But those crooks on TV will have to answer to God and I am praying they will get right with God & give a lot of that money back to the people that need it. Jesus is Lord not some preacher or denomination.

The story of the kid who took himself off dialysis is beyond scary. First, his parents, assuming he is underage, should be put in prison for allowing it. Second, Hinn should be brought to trial on charges of negligence and/or homicide IF death results from similar incidences. Religion has been protected to the point of endangering the masses in this case (certainly not all religions, to be fair) and it must be handled by the law, not just via moral outcry.

I do believe in God. Personally I think that it takes more faith 2 believe that there is no God, and that once there was nothing and all that nothingness exploded and made everything. Now about healing, I do believe in divine healing there is lots of testimonies to prove it, but as to why a certain person wasnt healed as the little boy mentioned in the video, I dont know. It is God that does the healing, man cant physically heal a person. That would be God's decision.

I know that it's Jesus doing the healing by the power of his Spirit, but the word does say that I am a co-laborer with Christ. Jesus commanded disciples to heal the sick. I was quite disconnected from my family, and when pregnant and married at 21, I had an oppurtunity to ask JesusChrist to 'come into my life' - At a Catholic Charismatic Meeting. As a Catholic I had known God, but had never known as a person JesusChrist. That was the start of a journey for me to learn who this Jesus was, and how I could make Him be and become real in my life. You are right on! But God does heal but not by some preacher. I was healed of sclerosis of the liver because I had hemochromotosis. I did't send any money to anyone. I ask my Christian friends to pray and it was confirmed by my surgeon. But those crooks on TV will have to answer to God and I am praying they will get right with God & give a lot of that money back to the people that need it. Jesus is Lord not some preacher or denomination.

The story of the kid who took himself off dialysis is beyond scary. First, his parents, assuming he is underage, should be put in prison for allowing it. Second, Hinn should be brought to trial on charges of negligence and/or homicide IF death results from similar incidences. Religion has been protected to the point of endangering the masses in this case (certainly not all religions, to be fair) and it must be handled by the law, not just via moral outcry.

2. from 1 god knows the future (e.g event x)
3. you pray for change (event x to event y)
4. from 2 event x pans out (no prayer answered)
if event y happens then either premise 1 is false or premise 2 is false.
since Christianity asserts premise 1 is true then from 1, 2 and 3 it follows that 4 is true hence god doesn't answer prayers.

I do believe in God. Personally I think that it takes more faith 2 believe that there is no God, and that once there was nothing and all that nothingness exploded and made everything. I find that hard 2 believe. Now about healing, I do believe in divine healing there is lots of testimonies to prove it, but as to why a certain person wasnt healed as the little boy mentioned in the video, I dont know. It is God that does the healing, man cant physically heal a person. That would be God's decision.

Furthermore, I can't understand how ANYONE could possibly believe in him when it is SO evident and simple for me and all my friends to see. Benny has NOT HEALED ANYONE EVER, PERIOD! None of the 'faith healers' have neither. If any healing ever took place it was simply a 'spontaneous healing' which doctors are well aware of and has nothing to do with 'God'. @Kingmobile Benny Hinn sounds more like someone from the book Visitation, by Frank E. Peretti. Good book, you should read it. (This Present Darkness *&* Piercing the Darkness)--> these are excellent as well, but unrelated.
Looking at the Bible,.... specifically Acts. Hinn seems to have his HEART in the same place as Simon of samaria (ACTS 8)
Note: According to extra-biblical texts. This man's name is where we get both "magic" & "simony" in the English language. The Bible jives with this.

To cite why would take far, far more than the characters allowed. Acts is certainly NOT historically correct, and that we know from pretty basic readings. But that's not to say it was not written by a believer. To that point, we have no evidence to speak of. Thanks.

Plus whether Benny Hinn is going to hell fast or not is not for us to say but for God Almighty himself. What Benny does is honering God and telling the world that Jesus is the same and still alive and there's still healing for the sick. People make their own choice to come to his service and offer money or not. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the Truth to you. Read the Bible. Find out for yourself who Benny Hinn is and where is he coming from. Find out what is his ministry about. Why does he do what he does? Read his biography. See if He is preaching sound doctrine and Truth above all. Is he glorifying himself? Or is he glorifying God, the Son, and the Holy Ghost? Is people being drawn to God through his ministry? Let's not focus on the things of the world but on the things of the Spirit. Focus on Jesus.

I don't have a lot of money, because this life is not about money. I agree with a lot that this man is saying, but not everything. Many people have been healed by Benny Hinn, just not everyone.

I know that it's Jesus doing the healing by the power of his Spirit, but the word does say that I am a co-laborer with Christ. Jesus commanded disciples to heal the sick. If I didn't do it, it wouldn't get done through me. Granted, he would find someone else to do it, but still, it wouldn't get done through me.

Jesus can minister His Healing power to someone directly or through a Christian, or an angel.
Benny Hinn states "only those who have experienced Jesus's Healing power during the meeting come forward and testify to that fact."
Some people think they did or even lie, just to go up on stage; that is not Hinn's fault!

I can't speak for anyone else but i was truly healed at one of Benny Hinns crusades in Atlanta. I'm not saying that Benny Hinn healed me but i do know that i give God all of the glory. I too was not a believer in Benny Hinns ministry years ago when i was not a christian. I know that Jesus heals even today. I don't blame you for your post. Urgh, I remember coming across TBN on the satelite channels I had back in my own house. We don't have anything like that in England, and it just shocked me and angered me, to the extent that I realised I wanted nothing to do with Christianity. I was about 11 or 12 at the time, but it took me a little while longer to truly admit I'm actually an atheist.

These charlatans are disgusting and their followers and supporters are too weak or too brainwashed or maybe to uniformed to realize that they are being fleeced.
