PSV (PlayStation Vita) is kind of a new version of PSP (PlayStation Portable) and the new PS Vita uses flash cards instead of Universal Disc. :S

it would be pointless to port over a game such as black ops or MW3 when you will be able to stream those games to your vita. by the way the man on stage is talking. it sounds like they are making a brand new call of duty game. it could be a november release or whichever call of duty they make next. it could be available for 360, PS3, & vita. or it could be a vita exclusive. given the little information we have, its impossible to say what they have up there sleeves. hopefully it will have online!
