Goldberg was not a great professional wrestler because he hurt people by being over zealous and careless. However it was precisely because of that, that he was a great world heavyweight champion. People knew he was gonna hurt his opponents, they knew he was going to dominate the match, and they knew he was going to be badass doing it. If you watch his earlier WCW matches when he was just starting his streak and before he got his routine, you actually got to see him wrestle pretty well.

I hated this era of WWE. While the roster was pretty good. You had people like Triple HHH constantly getting/going after the title, as if he has nothing better to do.

You had Evolution who was just trying to be another DX, but were similar more to the NwO (Stomping on everyone plus getting every title possible.)

Then you had PPVs wasted up with the same old rivalries over and over again, with the same things on the line. That end up either the same results, or results that aren't better.
