It depends on the state of it before the first clean, how it is looked after and how often it is played! Sometimes I give my records 2 cleans, but usually 1 clean is enough. Then I don't clean again for maybe a year or so. This is a compromise between Rega's advice to NEVER use fluids on records, and the real world, where often records are second hand and dirty, and playing them would almost certainly damage the stylus and subsequentlyt your other records.
