Yo i live in pburg.. i hate it..
haha that first spot in that video at the bank.. i got kicked out of there and they were like cant you read the signs!! and i sed wth what signs.. and they moved over the 2ft grass and there was a sign on the ground

I don't remember that much graffiti. And where is that yellow/white checkered wall? It looks familiar.
Of course I recognized PHS at least. ;)

THEY WROTE THIS ON THERE SITE.

The State Development Authority set the deadline for September of 2010.
If it's not done by then, it will lose it's state grant money.
The project is one of 9 throughout West Virginia that remain unfinished 4 years after they received those grants.
Mayor Bob Newell says that the park is starting to take shape. Steel pylons will start to be stored at the site in the next few weeks.
