The reason the seats change is because in the whole review, the car coming out of the garage is the show car, used at motor shows, but they woulden't let the press drive that one, so they got to drive the test mule.

ive got the whole feature, it was on the bbc video top gear super cars, he explains the green vantage he couldnt roadtest because it was being sent to a motorshow, the car he drove was the engineering prototype, which is why it looks so different, but he drag raced a lamborghini diablo at the end, the vantage won as well!!!

i agree, the skyline 32 is king among early 90's/late 80's super cars. you cant ignore the straight six turbo of the RB engines nor the stylish looks. If i could have any of the skyline's i'd go with a late model 32 the newer models might have more hp but they lack the oldskool style and flare. dont get me wrong though, European super cars are just as good if not better. Especially the Aston Martin DB series.

skyline R32 dont produce 600 horsepower. or go 0 - 100 in 4.2. the gtr comes close. but it doesnt have the torque to be able to keep up that acceleration once it goes above 100. thats where a 600 horsepower supercharged V8 comes in. and did i mention this vantage weighs two tonnes? pretty impressive getting two tonnes to go from 0 - 100 in 4.2
